This is Interesting I didn't get a chance to buy from them. But I wish I had. I'm from RI and saw that a Honda Insight was for sale, I called up and spoke with Bob. I tol I didn't get a chance to buy from them. But I wish I had. I'm from RI and saw that a Honda Insight was for sale, I called up and spoke with Bob. I told him i would put down $500 to hold the car. He said no... he gave his word to hold the car for 5hrs for a women driving down from Ma. My knee jerk reaction was to get mad then I thought about it, this guy was willing to potentially give up a sale to keep his word. In today's world that speaks volumes! Bob then says he will call me the next day regardless of the car is sold or not. I figured once he sold the car he would throw my number out. When he called the next day I was all excited because I thought he still had the car...nope he called me the next day because he gave me his word. He then let me know the vehicle was sold. There is a common theme here. These guys keep their word. Its really too bad I was only looking for the Insight otherwise I would be there tomorrow buying a car. More

I called and spoke to the owner, Bob, and he had the car ready for me to test drive by the time I arrived. It was in great condition and I decided to buy it on the spot. Then, Doug processed the sale, contacting DMV and my insurance company to transfer the vehicle without me having to do anything. They were both informative and very professional. I received a call a few days later from Bob to thank me for becoming one of their customers. I would highly recommend this company to anybody who needs a reliable and affordable vehicle. Prior to my visit to the dealership I spoke to the owner on the phone and he was extremely pleasant and helpful. I was actually quite surprised, usually owners of businesses aren't that hands on with their customers (Especially car dealerships). From my past experience @ car dealerships that responsibility (Speaking to customers over the phone providing information) is almost always delegated to the salesperson(s). Once I arrived at the dealership the entire staff was very polite and accommodating. They didn't give me the run around and they were all very professional and friendly. The phenomenal reviews in which I read online about autodirectcar.com prior to visiting their car lots were all accurate. i would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Even after my purchase, the owner himself called me to inquire about how I liked the vehicle and how it was operating (Quite unheard of...). It is obvious that this family run business prides themselves on integrity and quality service and vehicles, I am a satisfied customer. Keep up the excellent work! More

Great experience! Coming from someone who dreaded being suddenly on the market shopping for new new wheels, I had a wonderful experience w/ Auto Direct Cars. I original Coming from someone who dreaded being suddenly on the market shopping for new new wheels, I had a wonderful experience w/ Auto Direct Cars. I originally found them on the Internet, which led to checking out their vast inventory in person. I scheduled to see a particular vehicle, and was instantly impressed when the owner, Bob, answered the phone himself, and gave me his cell # for future reference, and has the most excellent and thorough phones skills. While on the lot, I stumbled upon a different vehicle I fell in love with, and ultimately ended up buying. No pressure from the staff whatsoever, so unlike many other pushy salesman on other lots I had already been to. At Bob's prices, any vehicle truly sells itself. Mike took me out on a few diff test drives, w/o any sales pitches and no hassles whatsoever. And before buying, Bob and Chad did everything they could to satisfy any and all concerns I had. Doug got me through the loan process quickly, once I was ready to buy... and was both exceptionally thorough and friendly throughout the entire process. Another worker even took me to the car rental agency to return my rental too, so I wouldn't have to wait on the rental agency. I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience. The entire staff was friendly, honorable. courteous, and sold me an excellent vehicle I hope to have for a long time, at a very reasonable price. Not only will I return there for my next purchase, but I'm already lining up other people I know, who are looking for vehicles now.
