Service oriented, no-pressure, responsive, and positive I bought a used Saturn Sky Redline and had a great experience at the point of sale. No pressure and great service. After leaving the dealership the ABS service light came on. Then the engine light came on. I brought it right back and they immediately found the problem with a scanner. Based on their responsiveness I have great confidence this vehicle will be repaired at no cost to me. I will have to wait a couple of days for a part. Bob and Chad's responsiveness, honesty, and good nature are a breath of fresh air. I could be feeling quite unlucky, but instead I feel their dealership stands behind their work. Bob spent a lot of time with me to make sure I was comfortable with the sale. They deserve to get kudos for their customer care. They are second to none! Bob and Chad are truly invested in making my experience a positive one. What a great family! More

Love My MINI This was my first time buying my very own car. After driving about 2 hours away to look at a 2005 Mini Cooper , just to find out that the dealer was s This was my first time buying my very own car. After driving about 2 hours away to look at a 2005 Mini Cooper , just to find out that the dealer was showing me an already sold car; and after going to a second dealer to look at another Mini Cooper that was listed online and calling to see if it was still available only to find out that they had sold the one I was interested in AGAIN, car shopping was becoming very aggravating to me . Then I came across Auto Direct online , they had a 2006 red Mini Cooper for about $10,000 with a little less than 80,000 miles on it. I called to see if it was still available and spoke to Bob who was very friendly from the beginning . He advised me of his two locations close by and gave me a heads up on the paper work that I would need to take if I wished to drive off the lot with it. I arrived at their location right off the Tacony bridge early and was welcomed by Doug. The Mini Cooper was just as it looked online , leather was intact it was very clean , no scratches or bumps just what I was looking for! After test driving it to their second location I was in love! It drove so smoothly, every window worked, AC was cold , seat warmers heated up fast. I was greeted by Bob and Chad who couldn't have made the buying process more easier for me. They got me a great interest rate, for a first time buyer I couldn't have asked for anything more . No one was pushy , you could tell it was a family owned business. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. They even offered a free oil change once a year, to all of the people there, including myself . 2 weeks later and I still love my Mini Cooper it drives great, couldn't have asked for anything more for a great price. I was in without a car about 3 hours later I was driving it off the lot , just what I wanted . More

Their was a little crack in the windshield that we did not notice when we took it home, but called Bob he said bring it in to look at it and he said he would fix at no cost Awesome. We worked with Bob and Chad on selecting a Hyundai About two years ago, my husband and I had an experience we will never forget with Auto Direct Cars. We worked with Bob and Chad on selecting a Hyundai from their used car selection. Everything there was extremely organized and professional. After we bought the car, I took it to my mechanic to get all the usual tuneups, except for we discovered that there was a problem with the car and that it would require a lot of money to get it fixed, something not worth the price for which we bought the car. I explained the whole situation to Bob, and he actually let me return the car and get my money back that we paid for the car. He was extremely compassionate upon the situation, and reassured me that he would never sell a lemon, and that they were unaware of this problem with the car. I was pretty astonished and very grateful for the honesty and professionalism, and compassion, that Bob showed throughout the whole saga to my husband and I. We would recommend this dealership to others. More

In early April 2014, my friend and I drove down to New Jersey from Philadelphia and started looking for just the right car for me. We had only been there about 15 minutes, when I spotted a beautiful Royal Blue Jeep Liberty that looked brand new. It really surprised me when I found out it was a 2005 with only 52,000 miles and in "perfect " condition. It came with a Car fax, Leather interior, totally spotless! four wheel drive ! sun roof ! roof rack , which I really wanted, and lots of room in the back for carrying big bags of Mulch from Home Depot and several shopping bags from the market.! Chad , Bob and Doug were extremely helpful . I enjoy this Jeep tremendously every day! They also were very helpful to recommend an auto shop (Arnie's) very close to my house to get it inspected. I would give this business and the owners ten stars if it was possible. and I thank them very much! More
