The car looked new, was clean, had new tires, and drove great in the test drive. The purchase transaction went smooth and fast. They also followed up with me to make sure I was happy with the vehicle and the process. Everything was great. This is the 4th used car I have purchased in the past two years. The previous 3 cars were purchased from different dealerships. I never went back to the previous three because I wasn't overall pleased with the way things went. Stop dealing with crappy dealers and use Auto Direct Cars! My wife and I had spent weeks searching for family vehicles from New York to Western Pennsylvania. We had to deal with the "bait and switch", untrustw My wife and I had spent weeks searching for family vehicles from New York to Western Pennsylvania. We had to deal with the "bait and switch", untrustworthy dealerships, liars, places that had us travel over an hour to find the car had already been sold days before we arrived, and lemon vehicles. We found Auto Direct to be an honest family run business that has a good product without having to deal with the "price game". Our vehicle was sold as is, yet they still purchased us a second set of keys and FOB. In addition they offered to have a minor body molding repaired at their shop or one in our area at their cost. Trustworthy and loyal are two words that I would use for this family dealership. Bob, the owner has called at least 10 times over the last couple months to check if we are satisfied and how the car is running. You will seldom see this type of care anymore. I am retired military and police and my wife works at a local children's hospital and we are very glad that we trusted this family with our hard earned money. Don't deal with sub par dealers, go to Auto Direct and let Bob or his son Chad take care of you. Thank you for taking care of our family and the speedy checkout process that got my wife to her emergency call quicker. We will see you soon when we replace our next vehicle. More

Rare Honesty After visiting several used car dealers I came across AutoDirectCars.com online. It was surprising to see the large assortment of nice looking used a After visiting several used car dealers I came across AutoDirectCars.com online. It was surprising to see the large assortment of nice looking used and low mileage cars. "too good to be true", I thought. I had been dissapointed before. Oh ,other dealers quoted good prices,but when you saw the cars they were dirty or the interiors were damaged. One car I drove, I pressed the brake and it went to the floor! So I took a chance and went to AutoDirectCars in Delran, NJ. I was greeted by Bob . Warm and friendly ...my defenses were up."So many cars! " I said to myself. When I told him my budget he immediately pointed out the cars he had in my price range. He knew all the inventory! Bob encouraged me to look at the cars,test drive as many as I wanted, and take my time deciding. Wow! No high pressure sales! By now more customers were coming in so both Chad and Doug helped to bring the cars around for me to drive. Every question I had was answered . I was offered so much information about the different makes of cars and financing . Carfax? No problem. . Did I mention I'm 63 yo and this was the first time purchasing a car? These gentlemen made it so easy! I chose a Toyota Camry. Doug handled the financing. He was able to keep the payments in the range I wanted and obtained a requested .warranty for me. Did I have any problems? After driving off the lot I noticed the gas gauge was not working. Made a phone call and they immediately fixed the problem! Who could ask for more? So if you want an honest car dealer I recommend this dealership for good used cars with fair prices and great service. More

Had it a few days and had my mechanic check it over, needed brakes and a belt and noticed it needed a chrome tip that goes over the muffler. Talked to Bob when he followed up to see how I liked the car and tell him what I had done to it and he offers to contribute to the cost of the repairs I had done and calls to order the chrome muffler tip. (Also needed a car manual that he ordered day purchased car.) More
