I had a very pleasant experience with Auto Direct Cars. I found the 2003 Lexus GX 470 online, it was one of a few available in the surrounding states. I was interested in the car, so I called the dealership around 9:30 pm on a week night, to my surprise the phone was answered by the owner Bob, who told me the car was still available. The first thing that impressed me was the number of positive reviews that were posted online about this company. I can now say that the reviews were on target! My wife and I drove two hours to get to the dealership the next morning and had a great experience. The car was there, the price was as advertised on the internet, we were greeted by a friendly professional representative, test drove the car, and got financing in a hassle free manner with the help of the owners son. About an hour and a half later we were heading back to NJ with a Lexus GX 470 in excellent shape. Over the last couple days, we’ve been impressed with the car and most importantly feel very good about the entire experience at Auto Direct Cars. I would recommend them highly and would go back to purchase another car from them if the need arises. I feel confident that if I need to reach out to them for any reason, they would be responsive, this is based on the way the experience I've had from the first call to the call I received from Bob to make sure that we were satisfied. This is rare and unlike a couple dealers we've dealt with. More

Auto Direct from the website and visiting their dealer, had the biggest selection of used cars out of all the previous dealers I had went to. I had been looking for car for sometime, and they had exactly had the biggest selection of used cars out of all the previous dealers I had went to. I had been looking for car for sometime, and they had exactly what I was looking for. I was very pleased with selection, and their customer service as well. I had been on the lot for no more than a min before someone had approached me, and assisted me with my search. Even after making my selection they were very helpful, in making my purchase happen in a timely and affordable fashion. I have now had my Mazda 3 for almost a yr and very happy with it. It was a great car and sold to me in great condition as well. Overall very pleased with the whole experience and would def go back and suggest others to check them out!! More

He explained the whole process of buying a used car to me. I felt like he really cared about me owning this car. Bob contacted me to let me know that I could come to the Car Lot in Delran, NJ to look at the VW Bug to see if that was the car that I really wanted or to go to the Lot in Palmyra, NJ to see if I wanted to look at another car on that Lot. Upon bank approval, I did go to see the VW Bug and I fell in LOVE with it! The details for this Bug on the Website were right on point and the car was excellent. Doug was at the Lot and greeted me as if he knew me for years, which made the transaction flow very pleasant. TWO thumbs up for Bob and Doug! More

I would recommend car shopping with Auto Direct if you are in the market for a car. The overall experience was very simplistic with no pressure such as you would receive if you walked onto a lot at a deal are in the market for a car. Chad greeted us made us comfortable and told us where to find him when we were ready or if we had any questions. Doug is pleasure to encounter as well he is very friendly and reasonable. Bob take's pride in his business and followed up with me many times to assure that I got the best customer service and everything was ok with my purchase. Encountered some unforeseen problems with car , not do to Auto Direct nor myself but Bob helped offset the repairs cost to make things easier on me which was much appreciated because he didn't have to offer anything at all. I've noticed they have been more than reasonable all along the way as long as you communicate with them they will do there best to assure customer satisfaction! I would shop with them again and recommend friends. More

I found them online on cars.com, I was looking for a Volkswagen Beetle and I fell in love with one they had on the lot. When I went there I was happily greeted, and they were pleased to show me two cars Volkswagen Beetle and I fell in love with one they had on the lot. When I went there I was happily greeted, and they were pleased to show me two cars I was interested in even though they were in the shop being worked on and cleaned. I came back another day to test drive them and was just as impressed with how well the cars were running. I found a problem with the window on one of the cars and they had no problem fixing it. I bought my car a few days later and was upset to find that the check engine light came on and the drivers side window wasn't working right and again I took it to them and Bob the owner had no problem fixing the problems. Everyone is helpful and nice, they don't make you feel forced into making a decision right there on the spot. I definitely recommend anyone to ask for Doug, he is so nice, friendly and will help you find anything you're looking for at the best price for you. More

Working with Auto Direct Cars LLC was a pleasure. My wife and I were treated respectfully. They immediately showed us the car we were interested in and gave us a test drive. We brought the car home the same day, but unfortunately we found two issues,However, Bob followed up our purchase with a phone call and was able to work with us to resolve the issues to our satisfaction .Bob is the father and chad is the son i have never met people that honest in this business and that will go that extra mile to satisfy there customers . I have to hand it to Auto Direct Cars, they focus on customer satisfaction during the purchasing process, and prove it with their follow-up and support afterward. I highly recommend this dealership and would definitely buy a car from them again. More
