My daughter found Auto Direct online after going to some of the bigger dealers with no luck. She is very happy with her first purchase of a 2007 VW Rabbit, We refer to it as the Bunny. We had a few things to look at after the purchase and Bob was very welling to make sure we were happy. Well the team at Auto Direct did it again!! They treated her with such warmth and respect it was refreshing. She had her car picked out and financing in place within 2 hours!. She loves her 2009 Honda Civic LX coupe.It rides and looks like a brand new vehicle and the price was below market value!!. she'll have this car for a very long time. I would like to say that this is the most pleasant car buying experience i've ever had. As a Police Officer from Philadelphia I was looking for a car that was reliable to get me to and from work without buying experience i've ever had. After spending a few months shopping around for cars, I pretty much gave up hope and thought about resorting to just catching public transportation wherever I needed to go. After a few more google searches and expanding the mileage I was willing to travel to look at cars I stumbled upon Autodirectcars' link. I was very skeptical at first because every dealership "self proclaims" themselves as the best or the cheapest or the friendliest etc...... Before even looking at the inventory of Autodirect I decided to read some of the testimony and was I in for an all day event. Most people leave one word to one sentence reviews but the reviews for autodirect were novels. Look at mine so far. Great review after great review made me decide to come and see what all the hype was about. Even without knowing not one car they had on the lot I decided to come in because of the great reviews. Once I got to Autodirect they had such a wide variety of cars that were clean, low mileage, fairly priced. I felt like a kid in a candy store. What else is great is that you don't feel pressured by the typical "dealer sales pitches" because at Autodirect they help you when you need help and if you just need time to shop around alone they leave you be. After finding the car "you decide" on they then are very vigilant at getting you the best financing if needed, unbeatable warranties, and just a very overall satisfying experience. I purchased my vehicle 5 months ago and unlike most dealers, that once you drive off the lot the car is your responsibility. I received a call from the owner Bob (on a Sunday afternoon!!!!!!) asking was I satisfied with the car. After explaining one very minor issue, he directed me to a shop (In Philadelphia where I live instead of making me come all the way back to Jersey) that adjusted my issue. While waiting for a bill of some sort, thinking this was just a ploy to keep money flowing in their inner circle I was handed my keys and was told to have a good day. Just in case you forgot THIS WAS 5 MONTHS AFTER I PURCHASED MY VEHICLE. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone and have been referring family, friends, co-workers and even you reading this. I almost can't wait to purchase another vehicle just so I can come back to Autodirect and relive such a pleasant car buying experience. I generally don't write reviews for anything but this is one place deserving of every level of appraisal in a field where trust is a very big issue amongst merchant and consumer. More

After having major car problems, it was time to purchase another car. I searched on cars.com specifically looking for a Nissan Altima. From my first initial contact with Bob, I could tell this was a business I wanted to deal with. I went to look at the car and met Michael who let me test drive the car. Michael was extremely easy going and not pushy at all. I fell in love with the car, had my brother look it over thoroughly and we came back to buy it. Bob, Michael, Doug and Chad are good guys to deal with. They set the bar high for used car businesses. The customer service I received was far beyond what I anticipated. I had just come from looking at another SUV and the experience was terrible.. The vehicle did not live up to the advertisements for it. On the way home, I remembered seeing Auto Direct Cars rated very highly. I decided to stop and see what they have. I pulled in the lot just as they were closing. The owner, Bob, introduced himself as we pulled up. It looked like they were closing and mentioned this to him. He told me we were fine. We parked and Bob asked us what I was looking for. I explained to him what I wanted to spend and the payment each month. He explained they could help and his son Chad would assist. Chad showed us several cars and their features. Taking his time when he could have told me to come back tomorrow. I mentioned that I was also interested in a mid-size SUV. He showed me several. I tested one that I liked. It was a little more than I thought I could afford. But, Chad was patient and reassured me that we would be good. After deciding, Chad worked hard to get the payment to a great amount and added in a 3 year warranty. Chad stayed almost 2 hours past the closing time to assist me getting a car. I told Chad that the reviews were correct and they deserved all the positive feedback. I let Chad know that I was going to write in the review that I wanted to give him a hug when we finished. He responded by saying once we have this car for you, you can give me hug. Once I was ready to drive a way, I gave Chad a giant bear hug. I drove off happy and satisfied with my purchase. Auto Direct is doing car sales right. This has been the most pleasurable buying experience that I have ever had. Chad went above and beyond what I would have ever expected. If you are reading this review, believe the rating, believe my review and all the other reviews. Buy your next car from this awesome family owned and operated dealer.
