I went to this dealership because it was very close to home and plus it had a variety of cars I was interested in. But the main reason was because I had got into a car accident. The front of my car was bad enough I needed to get another car. When I called Auto Direct Cars in Delran, they were very nice and humble. They all understood my situation so tried their best to make ends meet. I met Chad, one of the owners, which was very pleasant from the beginning. He made it possible for me to start up with a 2007 Pontiac. This car, unfortunately, had a defect on it. It was towed to the shop. They did everything they could to fix the car on whatever it needed. At the end, the car had the same problem, but nobody knew about it. After that, Chad made it happen for me to get into a Toyota Corolla 2005. The car looks good, it runs smooth. The Toyota needed some things updated and fixed for me to be on the road. Even though with all of the frustration and hustle we were all going through with all of the unexpected moments of just trying to have a car; at all times, Bob and Chad kept their cool and were always offering to help in anything that was needed, never backed up and left me hanging. At the end, my Toyota is still with me, doing its job. I thank everyone at the shop for making it possible for me to finally have the car that was most convenient for me and also in good condition. I originally went to this dealership because they had a wide variety of cars to choose from. When I arrived to look around I did not feel pressured or pushed while I was there. This was the only dealership that stuck out in my mind in a positive way. I was able to test drive the cars I was interested in and take my time. The employees were extremely helpful in answering any questions I had and working with my needs. I am very satisfied with my new car and I am very grateful for the hard work and dedication these people display. I would definitely recommend this dealership to many people, and I already have! The best experience by far. The Service was friendly, honest and trustworthy. I never felt like I needed to haggle with the price nor did I have to make a quick decision. They never asked for a deposit to hold the car just a simple hand shake ( The way business used to be conducted). When I returned to pick the car up it was ready and the entire process took less than an hour AMAZING. I have had the car for over 2 weeks now and it drives great. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a used car to give them a call you will not be disappointed. More

We purchased a Chevrolet Venture minivan from this dealership several years ago, and have had no problems with the vehicle at all. We decided to go back to look for a car for our daughter, and purcha dealership several years ago, and have had no problems with the vehicle at all. We decided to go back to look for a car for our daughter, and purchased a 2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser. After noticing some electrical issues while test driving, the dealership was quick and happy to fix what was wrong, and the car was ready for us the next day. About 20 days later, while our personal mechanic was checking the car over and doing a state inspection, a problem was found with the tires. Even though these are not covered under warranty, the dealership replaced the tires the same day, and even washed the car for us! We have 2 family friends looking for used cars and are sending them to this dealership. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable, reliable vehicle. They are not your typical high-pressure salesmen. They let you walk the lot without following you around, and have bent over backwards to keep us happy. Great experience! More

If I could have rated them higher I would have. I had been looking for a car for awhile and dealt with many other dealerships. It was a very frustrating experience. When we arrived here I knew what car I been looking for a car for awhile and dealt with many other dealerships. It was a very frustrating experience. When we arrived here I knew what car I wanted to see. There was no pressure, we were given time to really look the car over. Nobody was trying to "sell" the car and at the same time you don't feel as if you are being ignored. I did not have the greatest credit and they went above and beyond to get me the financing at an affordable rate. I am very happy with the subaru that I purchased and they could not have made the experience any better. I would highly recommend them. More

I found this dealership on line while looking for a car and they had just the car i was looking for, the test drive did not go well due to a minor issue that I pointed out, instead of ignoring my concerns and they had just the car i was looking for, the test drive did not go well due to a minor issue that I pointed out, instead of ignoring my concerns and trying to sell me the car anyway they immediatedly stop the process to have the car serviced. I was surprised 2 days later to get a call from the owner apologizing that the car had this minor problem and giving me an invitation to come take another look because i told him i was still interested. i went back and i was blown away by this low mileage, one owner, clean carfax, car of my dreams. Having brought many cars in my day I knew that I was now at the part I hate most, but once again I was surpised . I told them what I want to spend and less than an hour later i was driving away in my new to me Mercedes Benz. Hands down the most enjoyable car buying experience that i have ever had. I found a family owned car dealership that cared more about me feeling comfortable with the car buying process than selling me the car. I have recommended this dealership to everybody i've talked to since!!! More
