Ryan is always there to help above and beyond. I went in for a car wash the other day and ended up seeing a vehicle that I had been passively looking for. Terrible experience, dealership demonstrated no loyalty in their dealings with us, the customer; sold the vehicle out from under us as we were discussing wire transfer details. Car would not start. Towed it in They charged $800. I got in the car, and it still would not start -they did not fix the problem Then wanted another $1,500 to "proba Towed it in They charged $800. Also wanted another $4,000 to repair minor oil leaks and stuff that would not, in my mind, be pertinent. Thought I would look at trading this car in. Autohaus appraised it at $2,700. Carmax offered me $8,500. To be polite, although this car was purchased there, Autohaus lost this customer More
