I was probably the worst customer ever. I didn’t know what I wanted and drove about 12 different cars. But Heidi stuck with me until I found exactly what I wanted. Interested in upgrading from a 2500 to a 3500, we contacted him at Belzer's to inquire on their inventory. Bob was very prompt at returning phone calls and e-mails, and he followed up with knowledgeable answers to our questions. We went in to look at a vehicle and it was parked out from before we got there. We were treated respectfully, and felt like our business was truly appreciated, as well as our time. We appreciate his integrity and straight-forward style. More
