A Good Experience I purchased a 2014 Chevrolet Impala. Overall, the experience in dealing with personnel was very good. I was surprised by a couple of minor things tha I purchased a 2014 Chevrolet Impala. Overall, the experience in dealing with personnel was very good. I was surprised by a couple of minor things that I found wrong with the vehicle once I arrived home in Duluth, MN. I was told at the point-of-sale that the vehicle had not been in any accidents nor had any known damage. I did find, however, that the under portion of the front bumper had apparently been scraped severely by someone running it too close to a curb while parking the vehicle. Also, the "deflector" had been damaged. I called the dealership and they said they had no prior knowledge of the damage and ordered a new "deflector" for me at now charge. I still have a concern for the bumper which has some small visible damage to the front and weather or not the paint will begin to peel over the life of the car without a repair/replacement. But as I said at the beginning of this write-up, am pleased with the total experience and would recommend this dealership as well as purchase another vehicle from them without hesitation. More

I set up an appointment and met with Bob Soucheray regarding test driving a vehicle. There staff was prompt and had several vehicles ready for me to drive. From that point the price was really competitive to buy a new car! There prices are better than the 4 dealerships I had previously visited and have done business with before. I ended up purchasing new for almost the price of used. Thanks again More
