I grew up with a passion for vehicles, so working at a dealership was a natural choice for me. My uncle got me started in the business and because I love working with people so much, I never thought about leaving.

Best car buying experience ever. Bob Soucheray was very friendly and helpful. We had been in touch for a while trying to buy a Kia. I found the perfect one. It was like dealing with Bob Soucheray was very friendly and helpful. We had been in touch for a while trying to buy a Kia. I found the perfect one. It was like dealing with an old friend. The cost of the car and my trade-in was totally transparent. They even beat the interest rate my bank was offering. The whole process from start to finish was well orchestrated. I’ve had a few requests and questions since purchasing the car and Bob responds immediately. I feel like they haven’t forgotten about me once the purchase was made. Highly recommend! More

My time with Bob was marginal at best when looking at a vehicle. The vehicle was not in the best condition to show(very dirty) also and appointment was set up to view this machine many hours before the app vehicle. The vehicle was not in the best condition to show(very dirty) also and appointment was set up to view this machine many hours before the appointment time. Bob also left me outside for a period of time while I looked at the vehicle and did not come back out. My follow up call with Bob the next day I decided to not move forward with the vehicle sale because my wife and I decided to go another route with a vehicle purchase. After thanking Bob for his time I told him my decision, he kept prying as to why I made the decision I did. I did not feel that I should have to justify my decision with him. I thought I was being polite on letting him know I did not want to move forward with the sale and wasting anymore of his valuable time. Bob then took it upon himself to start acting disrespectful and ultimately hung up on me. Now I understand sales people are in the business to sell cars/trucks and not in the business of being nice to people, but I feel being respectful from beginning to end is key to great customer service so relationships can be made. I'm not one to usually leave reviews but this experience has made me not want to come back EVER! More

Low balled on trade in of a charger, I told them I owed 12,500- sure enough they offered $12,500. I told them I already had an offer from Kia in Rochester for $16,000 they didn’t believe me and wouldn’t bu 12,500- sure enough they offered $12,500. I told them I already had an offer from Kia in Rochester for $16,000 they didn’t believe me and wouldn’t budge a single dollar. I walked away without making a deal. Was looking to trade in for a brand new Forte. Had to drive back to Rochester then next day, got the check for $16,000 (made 3,500 more than belzers sad offer) then had to drive back up to belzers to buy car outright. The salesman Bob & finance guy weren’t great at their jobs- Bob kept pushing me for a good survey result because he gets paid on client satisfaction rather than commission. I had no floor mats whatsoever in my car so I had to call and ask for them to be sent to me. I paid almost $800 for remote start and someone was supposed to call to set up installation. I called multiple times and they kept telling me they would call when parts were in. I finally demanded they check tracking on parts and turns out they WERE IN! So I scheduled my appt. 6 weeks later I never got a reminder call or email for my remote start install appt so I had to call to ensure it was still scheduled before I drove all the way up. Got it installed, desk guy was pretty rude that we wanted to leave he said “it’ll only take 90 minutes and we close at 4!” I dropped it off at 130- and was back by 3pm- I waited until 410! He tossed me the keys and started to walk away. I had to ask “well can you tell me about it or show me how to run the remote start?” He showed me one button and I was on my way. I got no paperwork in case anything is wrong or no warranty information. I got home and discovered the remote start fob they gave me can ALSO lock and unlock my car, AND my original fob can now remote start my car. NO ONE TOLD ME ANYTHING. It’s just disappointing these little men running around running a business like this. What a joke, would not recommend and will not be returning w any future business! Not sure if they put a bad mark on my account because I didn’t fall for their low ball trash offer, or what, but everyone has been rude and unhelpful since I denied their low offer. Fail Belzers of Lakeville, FAIL. More
