As usual great service, the best around! Took my rav4 in for an inspection for a recall on battery wire,got oil changed and wiper blades replaced. From the beginning met a friendly man who greeted me, then onto Sal Service assistant manager, who greeted me and took care of write up and advised the time it would take. Then found out Oscar was the tech assigned to vehicle, same tech that worked on my vehicle previously, this man is absolutely 1 of the top techs around! When vehicle was returned as they had to order parts for the recall as inspection revealed need to replace cable. While waiting Juan the service manager was greeting customers as he always does to give people the feeling that he makes sure customers are taken care of, it is refreshing in this day and age where a manager is proud of his employees and the customers that he does not "hide" (As some other mangers do), in the office, but interacts and listens, and actually cares about people! Bottom line if you want top notch service and sales this is the place to go!
