As always, the guys in the service department were great. Sam kept us informed, and was right-on with his estimated time of service. I love this dealership. No other dealership can compare in honesty, quality or customer service. I went in thinking I needed to have my rotors and pads (brakes) done, a somewhat expensive job. Bob assure in honesty, quality or customer service. I went in thinking I needed to have my rotors and pads (brakes) done, a somewhat expensive job. Bob assured me that was not the case and saved me several hundred dollars that day. They took care of a small leak on my engine that was fully covered under warranty. To make my day better, one of the sales people came over and helped me figure out how to manipulate the apps on a powerpoint that was due that evening. This type of service is not an anomaly for Kia, this is the same service I have received for over 10 years. Would not go anywhere else. More
