I have bought 3 cars from this dealership over the years so I have been a customer since before it was Coastal Kia. Sam, Bob, and Gary have always been great to work with. My service manager was a great communicator and answered my technical questions without hesitation. I am however dismayed that management felt the need to add a surcharge for use of a credit card. I have my technical questions without hesitation. I am however dismayed that management felt the need to add a surcharge for use of a credit card. I have always spoken highly of the dealership, even when I was charged a $9000.00 premium over sticker price, but using the ruse of a surcharge of 3% to pay for a cost of doing business seems lame. The dealership is not Cracker Barrel and should not act like it is. Otherwise see you in 3 months. More
