I have written reviews before, but I have to say Sam and the Kia team went above and beyond this past week. A few weeks an engine coil went bad and because so many used cars are out there, it took a few da the Kia team went above and beyond this past week. I went in this Wednesday with a similar problem (a different engine coil this time) and I thought my Memorial/birthday plans would be ruined. Instead, Thursday Sam called me and said my car was fixed. Holiday and Birthday weekend saved. Thanks guys for going above and beyond, as usual. More

He's fast, friendly, and stops to explain any questions that you have no matter how many or how small.
