Smooth sailing from start to finish. I made the service appointment online and followed up with a phone call. Coastal sent reminders. Service included the 45,000-mile maintenance, NC state inspection and the mounting, balancing and alignment of four new tires. I bought my tires online from Tire Rack and had them shipped directly to the dealership--very convenient. I checked-in with Bob Tomlin, left the car and had the shuttle drop me off (thank you, David). Even though the car was ready by end of day, when Marquita Best called, I told her I would pick up the car the next day. Next day, my wife and I were surprised to find Howard Ramsey back behind the service podium. It was good to see him back. Howard's one reason we come to Coastal for service. He expertly handled our checkout, and the explanation of the service performed. I must note one small issue: The shop overinflated the new tires to 41 psi cold rather than the 34 recommended by Kia for the Sorento. I lowered the air pressure because the ride was too hard. More

2 1/2 hours for minor repair. Lady said she looked foe me 3 times. I was sitting right by the cooler full ofwater. I will overlook this 1 time.
