Was sold a car that was wrecked My husband and I purchased a BMW 320i from this dealership. Less than 2 weeks later I had it appraised and found out it had been wrecked on the car fa My husband and I purchased a BMW 320i from this dealership. Less than 2 weeks later I had it appraised and found out it had been wrecked on the car fax it flat out says Damage/accident on the front page. This dealership uses autocheck rather than Carfax in which is a cheaper database and doesn't show near the information that Carfax does. I quickly went to the dealership and sent an emall to the owner which is Suntrup. Nobody would take responsibility for this. Not to mention this autocheck they use didn't show work that had done in their own dealership in August which was it failed emissions back to back twice, oddly enough the dealership acted as if they had no clue about it and it didn't show up on auto check but showed upon Carfax. We purchased the car for $19,901 on 9-20-19 sold back to the dealership as they acted like they did me a favor for taking it back for $17,200. It is unbelievable to me that that car is back on their lot for sale so the can screw someone else over. VIN: WBA8E5G58GNU21896. Beware of this dealership and any suntrup dealers. They are selling cars that have damage and not disclosing to you. More
