Ultimate Customer Service Meets Ultimate Driving Machine I purchased my BMW 7-Series from BMW of West St. Louis remotely, from out-of-state, sight-unseen. This took a huge leap of faith from me, given I did I purchased my BMW 7-Series from BMW of West St. Louis remotely, from out-of-state, sight-unseen. This took a huge leap of faith from me, given I did not have the opportunity to drive, see and experience my prospective new car in-person, since I live about 2,000 miles from the dealership. Without fail, every single person from the dealership with whom my son and I came in contact displayed a commitment to excellent customer service that has been refreshing. While it may sound like a cliche, I can attest that with BMW of West St. Louis, "commitment to customer service" it is true, and it is just their way of doing business. Admittedly, there were a couple of issues that came up that could have been a problem at a lesser dealership. But at BMW of West St. Louis, they took these situations and turned them into opportunities to do the right thing and treat my son and me like they sincerely appreciate us as customers and they appreciate us spending out hard-earned dollars in their business. From Veronica Tran...to Linzie Foster, Sr....to Linzie Foster, Jr....to Bob Whay...to several others, along the way, I appreciate the team at BMW of West St. Louis very much. That poor check you “sent” must be to the wrong address? I’ve been dealing with their promises since the beginning of Aug! Don’t let their FB page or the reviews here fool you. They removed all the negative things on FB and I don’t see my review on here either. Buyer Beware! Oh and don’t buy the insurance and pay it all up front, even though they say you can cancel it at any time, they still haven’t given us our money back. Which isn’t saying anything good about such a high end company!! More

Great experience with our car purchase of two BMWs. We test drove two cars, a 6 series sedan and a 6 series SUV. Veronica was very helpful. Decided a 5 series might be a better fit. Came back later and bought a 528. Veronica helped us with our purchase of a 2016 528i and was terrific. The car had just arrived and fit our need because it had Driver Assist Plus. We purchased the car but had to wait for back ordered brakes and rotors, along with new tires. Appreciated the repairs to the vehicle prior to our purchase. Veronica set us up with a loaner X#3 until our car was ready. She continually updated us on the progress and was extraordinarily helpful. Steve made the financing "pain free" which we really appreciated. Car buying is often tedious. Not this time. Thanks to all for good service. Veronica Tran helped us in our purchase of a 2016 BMW 535i. She was extraordinarily helpful. We appreciate her direct but friendly approach and she kept us informed every step of the way. We found her to be the most attentive car salesperson we have ever dealt with, and we have purchased many cars. We would certainly buy another car from her in the future. More
