European Delivery Experience with BMW of West St. Louis Recently went through the build process and ultimately purchase of a new BMW for European Delivery. While I have not left the states for the trip to Germany yet (about a week away, 9/29), the experience that I've had at BMW of West St. Louis thus far has been excellent. From the client/sales advisor, Brandon Giganti, to the business/sales manager, Bob Whay, everyone was very nice, helpful and kept me informed about the vehicle and any necessary steps I needed to take as the ED date neared. Additionally, I have an appreciation for the amount of work that goes into the European Delivery experience, including finding an allocation, submitting an initial order, submitting the final European Delivery purchase order and all other related paperwork necessary to finalize the trip and car purchase. Despite this greater effort (and likely lesser immediate return to the dealer and its employees), Brandon, Bob, and everyone else that I worked with throughout this process ensured that any questions I had were answered timely and kept me apprised of the status of the car purchase - thanks so much for making the experience thus far excellent. Looking forward to the upcoming trip and ultimately taking re-delivery of the car in the US at BMW of West St. Louis, and have every intention to utilize this dealership for any routine or warranty-related maintenance on the car for the duration of my ownership. More
