HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Bought a vehicle from BMW of West St. Louis three months ago and have been trying to get in touch with Bob for a cancellation of a warranty. Several calls, texts, and emails to Bob Whey have been ignored and the little responses I have gotten are nothing of help. Everyone was very helpful and great when buying the car and now that the sale is final no one will keep their promises. I was told MULTIPLE times I could cancel this warranty with no problems. I have had nothing but problems since I left the lot with the vehicle. I would not recommend this dealer ship to anyone. More

Purchased a car in April and within the first 2 weeks reached out to Bob Whey to get one of the warranties cancelled (was promised multiple times this could be done at any time) and now 3 months later it reached out to Bob Whey to get one of the warranties cancelled (was promised multiple times this could be done at any time) and now 3 months later it still has not been done. Have received awful customer service and responses from Bob after multiple emails, phone calls, and text messages. He has only briefly responded to let us know the team was working on it, but nothing has changed in this amount of time and no updates are ever given. Definitely lacking in the communication department!! Our phone calls, text messages, and emails have not been responded to over and over again. Do not recommend if you’re looking to purchase a vehicle and expect clear communication because you will not receive it. More

Extremely friendly and made the process simple and quick. BMW of West St Louis was extremely straight forward with pricing, no hidden fees, and has some of the best prices in the nation!
