We had all of the paperwork completed and even paid a deposit to hold the car. We asked multiple times if they needed anything else from us and were repeatedly told no. My appointment to pick up the car was at 9:00 a.m., yet the salesman arrived ten minutes late. After finally sitting down to sign the paperwork, we were suddenly told that a $15,000 down payment was required to complete the deal. At no point was this ever discussed beforehand — despite us specifically asking multiple times if there was anything else needed. I drove 2.5 hours to pick up this vehicle and even moved my chemo appointment to make this happen. To be blindsided at the last minute with completely different terms was unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. We had an agreement, and they simply failed to honor it. What was even more disappointing was that after I walked out, no one contacted me with an apology or even attempted to make the situation right. I would never buy a car from this dealership and would strongly caution others before doing business here. More
