Everyone is a professional and we were comfortable working with Chris. He explained everything and had great follow up. The reason for the 4 star, when we picked up our car which was brought in from working with Chris. He explained everything and had great follow up. The reason for the 4 star, when we picked up our car which was brought in from another dealership the back seat lock was broken. Ganley did not go over the car before we arrived and if they had they would have noticed it was broken. They did set up an appointment for the repair. More

Dealership and salesperson was very friendly to work with. The dealership would not work on negotiations when I finally got my vehicle after 3 months. I ended up paying way over MSRP for the vehicle be with. The dealership would not work on negotiations when I finally got my vehicle after 3 months. I ended up paying way over MSRP for the vehicle because they had me in a contract with the rental car they gave me. I would never go back to this dealership. More
