Working with Laureen was a pleasure. She was more than happy to take me for numerous test drives and did her best to answer all my questions. Laureen, along with her manager Rich Howard gave me a great price on a well equipped Wrangler. When I first walked in to the dealership I was considering a Wrangler Unlimited as well as a Durango. As for other brands, I also considered and drove at other dealerships a Toyota 4Runner, Toyota FJ Cruiser, and a Ford Explorer.Once I decided on the Wrangler Laureen educated me on the various flavors of Wrangler and sorted out the Sports from the Saharas and the Rubicons. I wasn't over sold on stuff I didn't need and I got everything I wanted. As for the financing end, at the end of the day I got a great rate and an affordable payment; but I am not quite sure if Bobby kept me on my toes or I kept him on his toes, LOL. As Sy Syms used to say: An educated consumer is my best customer... so do your homework. Great deal on a great JEEP. More

We bought a 2013 Chrysler Town and Country from this dealer. I feel we negotiated a fair price with Lauren, including several rebates, which when we sat down with Bobbi, 2 of the rebates for a variety dealer. I feel we negotiated a fair price with Lauren, including several rebates, which when we sat down with Bobbi, 2 of the rebates for a variety of reasons wouldn't work, so the price increased a $1000.00. Still a fair price I feel. Lauren was very pleasant to deal with and very professional and worked very hard to see I got what I wanted. Bobbi the closer, tried to sell me a simoniz glass coat and a passive alarm add on, both of which I thought were too expensive and I passed on them. He did negotiate on the service contract, still expensive but I feel I did the best I could on the price. More
