I traded in my Benz for a BMW convertible. My purchase was a bit bumpy, with the car not full detailed upon arrival, and the paperwork not delivered as expected. Sales process was amazing, Keith was on top of everything he is the best. Unfortunately this time the cleaning team was terrible, dirty marks inside and outside. I showed and asked to take care of it but wh he is the best. Unfortunately this time the cleaning team was terrible, dirty marks inside and outside. I have purchased 3 of my last four cars from Rallye and I have been a very satisfied customer. This was the first time working with Francis but I thought he was exceptional.
