Red Carpet Oil Change My appointment was at 9:30 and my car was taken in as soon as I arrived. I was greeted in a friendly manner, offered coffee and shown into the custome My appointment was at 9:30 and my car was taken in as soon as I arrived. The waiting area is set up as a very comfortable living room and I was told my car would be ready in approximately 45 minutes. 45 minutes later I was on my way. Best repair experience ever! Took our Optima in for service (with a coupon no less!!). From the first foot in the door to the last foot out, it was the most enjoyable car repair e Took our Optima in for service (with a coupon no less!!). From the first foot in the door to the last foot out, it was the most enjoyable car repair experience I have ever had! Not to be dramatic but I kept shaking my head to make sure I was seeing what I was seeing! Beautiful fireplace with beautiful leather furniture around it. A koi pond. Snacks, water and coffee. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. The bathrooms were quality and spotless. I don't usually go on and on about my car repair or dealership but this place is unique and extraordinary. I forgot to mention how friendly, professional and helpful everyone I dealt with was. My visit took an hour for the works! We will most certainly be back. More

Honest service I take my 2014 escape here. Customer service from entering door to thunderbird cafe to paying for your service when leaving. All offer great customer I take my 2014 escape here. Magic Service So I was driving the other day and I thought that my boost tubes had went on my 2017 FoST. I had it towed to Columbia and found out that it wasn't the So I was driving the other day and I thought that my boost tubes had went on my 2017 FoST. I had it towed to Columbia and found out that it wasn't the boost tubes but the BPV that I had installed about a week prior. Feeling defeated I went to pick up my wounded car only to have Bobby pulled it up to me good as new! Now he says that it was still acting up when he pulled it from around the back but I think that he actually cast a healing spell on it for me! More

Mazdaspeed 3 to Focus ST So as the miles racked up in my 2013 Mazdaspeed3 it got to the point where I had to decide if it was worth keeping. I had done several performance upg So as the miles racked up in my 2013 Mazdaspeed3 it got to the point where I had to decide if it was worth keeping. I had done several performance upgrades to it and was sitting at about 300hp to the front wheels. There was one huge thing that it was lacking however, a warranty. As a new father I have to put reliability and safety over fun now but that didn't mean that fun was totally out of the equation. I had received several letters from Columbia Ford after getting my Mazda serviced there referring to their desire to possibly buy my car. I always scoffed at the idea. As time went on I got a phone call. While I was still hesitant about trading my car in (I love that little guy), I was also curious. I decided to go and see what was what and the staff was extremely friendly and polite. Tim, the salesman that I dealt with was not only professional and personable but also a gear-head like me! The whole process was easy and very comfortable. When all was said and done I ended up with a 2017 Ford Focus ST1. Now it doesn't have all the bells and whistles that the Mazda had but it's spunky, handles far better than the Mazda stock for stock and the amenities that I was missing in the trade can easily be sourced online for a fair price. All in all I have nothing but good things to say about the crew at Columbia Ford. From the sales department to the service department you can't go wrong. Now only if I can convince them to set me up with some Recaro seats! More
