Excellent Service, Comfortable Wait Just went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Service was excellent informing me of upcoming service, but not pushy like other places. That combined with the quick free wireless is well worth the 30 minute drive I take to get there. More

Always a Pleasure I came to Ford a few weeks ago to fix something on my car under my warranty and to get pricing on a few things I hope to do with my car in the future. I came to Ford a few weeks ago to fix something on my car under my warranty and to get pricing on a few things I hope to do with my car in the future. They were so nice and funny and made me comfortable that I was being given quality service and not being swindled (as I sometimes fear with mechanics as a woman). This most recent visit was for an oil change and to get my license plate bracket installed on the front of my car. They were so nice, expedient and even topped off all my fluids. When they realized my birthday was a few days away they gave me a complimentary voucher for a free car wash to drive in style for my birthday. I love them here and I will continue to get my 2017 Ford Escape serviced at Columbi Ford. More

Great service, great cafe, great everything, but I have my 2015 Kia serviced at Columbia Ford Kia and I gotta say, everything there is top of the line. I never mind taking time off of work to get st I have my 2015 Kia serviced at Columbia Ford Kia and I gotta say, everything there is top of the line. I never mind taking time off of work to get stuff done for my car, because I can take advantage of the wonderful Thunderbird Cafe, free internet, free coffee and water, all the while knowing that the work that I’m having done is excellent. The service folks are professional and polite, everything is clean and everyone there seems to be enjoying their job. So what’s my gripe? It’s not really a gripe, more of a request. Every place in the entire compound has music playing. That’s fine (assuming you’re ok with Classic Rock), and the Cafe and Waiting Area layer on a couple of TV’s playing news stations on top of that. Ok, that’s more than I care for already. So, imagine my surprise when I go to the restroom and find that not only is there a TV playing (loudly) right above the sinks, but for some reason, some sort of stand up comedy schtick is being broadcast through the PA on top of the TV narrative. And I wish I could say this was a one-time occurrence, but it’s not, it’s the norm. I guess there are a lot of people who need to have some sort of electronic chatter on in the background, 24-7, but I’m not that person. I really, really love the quality of work I have done at Columbia Ford Kia, but I wish to god there was one place in the entire building that I didn’t have to be subjected to endless TV/Radio/“comedy” chatter. Would be nice to have one quiet room. Otherwise GREAT! More
