I found the vehicle I wanted on line and went to the dealership to take a look. I was greeted by Cody Banks, who was friendly, professional, and informative. I felt pretty comfortable in a very short time, took the Jeep out for a test drive and decided it was for me. We were joined by Corey Upton who I felt had much the same qualities as Cody. Wrapping up the deal, I was introduced to Bobby Haddad, and yeah, you guessed it, another great person to deal with..... Hey, Mr Chambers, you have some great people working at this place! Because my experience was so good, I will recommend Herb Chambers Chevrolet any chance I get, and judging by how many times I have people take an interest in my Jeep, there will be plenty of them. We live in central Connecticut so it was rather a long drive to even go look for the car. We called the dealership first to confirm the car was their, this was a Sunday. We drove to Danvers Chevrolet first thing in the morning on Monday, we were met by a very cheerful salesman named Corey Stewart. Corey brought the car up for us to look at. As we had explained we were very serious about the purchase and did not want to spend half the day at the dealership as we still had to work for the day. True to their word we were able to wrap up negotiation's on the Car in short order . We were able to negotiate a reasonable price and a good deal on my trade, unlike other dealers I have been to, they were understanding of my needs on my trade as well as realistic in their first offer. I can tell you we went to a number of dealers who offers on my trade as well as their price for their car were insulting at best. We all understand that a dealer needs to make a profit, this dealer understood not to insult my intelligence, we all have access to the internet, it amazes me how many dealers still want to work on selling cars like they did in the 70's. I found the dealership to be refreshing and a straight shooter. Unfortunately we were unable to pick up the car up that day, as the registration on our car was from Connecticut. The dealership sent someone to transfer the plates for us later that week, we did have a paper work issue that had to be resolved and one quick call to the sales manager and the issue was resolved. Corey then drove the car to the Connecticut border to meet my wife and deliver the new car and pick up our trade. Thank you for a pleasant buying experience. The Bruce's More

Such a knowledgeable and fun guy. Even my saughter who is EXTREMELY shy loved being there and had a great time. The guys offered her ice cream and made her laugh. Even now, Greg still calls to check in to make sure everything is going great with the truck and to see if I have any questions. All around a great atmosphere! More

I have dealt with two of his locations, Flagship Motors (Mercedes-Benz) and Chevrolet of Danvers, where Herb Chambers must be doing something right. I have dealt with two of his locations, Flagship Motors (Mercedes-Benz) and Chevrolet of Danvers, where I bought a new Sonic several days ago. It was a pleasure dealing with Clinton Gerrish, a professional and very low key sales person. I first met Clinton several months ago, when I was looking at cars and I was immediately impressed with Clinton's knowledge of the car and the fact he never asked me for any personal information. I was given a brochure, with his card, so when it cam time to buy the car, I made sure I was dealing with Clinton. After all the paper work was done, Clinton must have spent well over an hour going over every detail of the car. Upon parting, he told me to comeback any time for a tutorial, which I am sure to do. I should also mention that Bobby Haddad, the business manager made the process very easy. All in all, I am very impressed with the Chambers organization. Keep up the good work. More

Amazing buying experience Hi Everyone, I just wanted to share my absolutely incredible experience buying my beautiful certified pre-owned Hi Everyone, I just wanted to share my absolutely incredible experience buying my beautiful certified pre-owned Chevrolet Equinox, from Herb Chambers Chevrolet. My car guy Anthony Dalrymple was fantastic, we actually joke at home about him being part of the family. Every aspect of the Chevrolet dealership is great from my sales guy Anthony with his humble yet knowledgeable approach to the whole sales team asking me if I needed any water or ice cream, I mean who says no to ice cream. Right when I walked in I was greeted by Anthony with a huge smile and this cheerful excitement about him got me excited to buy a new vehicle that day. At first we were looking at a brand new Equinox but when we saw the certified pre owned it was a no brainer, better warranty than new and a ton of bells & whistles. The process went very smoothly and they actually sent over the pre-owned manager Edison Shurda who gave me more for my trade then I anticipated. I met many managers like Corey Upton who was the numbers guy, I was ready for a battle but not with Corey he spent more time talking about me and my family then we did numbers. The number came out exactly where we wanted to be since I just got engaged therefore we are saving for the wedding, they made it work for my situation and I couldn’t be happier. Last but not least my finance guy Bobby Haddad was awesome; he offered me products in a non-pressuring way that it showed he was trying to help us not sell us. This dealership as a whole is the only place to buy a vehicle from, and the only dealership I would recommend all of my friends and family. A big thanks to all the guys down at Herb Chambers Chevrolet especially our car guy Anthony Dalrymple, we will see you in a few years for our next vehicle. More

In February my wife and I went to Herb Chambers Chevrolet in Danvers to see if we could purchase a new extended warranty for our 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe. Scott Lyon directed us to Bobby Haddad. Bobby greeted us in Danvers to see if we could purchase a new extended warranty for our 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe. Scott Lyon directed us to Bobby Haddad. Bobby greeted us in a very professional and hospitable manner. My wife and I sat down with Bobby to discuss what are options would be for our third extended warranty. He listened to what both of us had to say and gave us some great options. After further discussion about the best option for us we came to an agreement in a short period of time. Bobby Haddad went out of his way to help us purchase the extended warranty for a good price. Bobby represented himself in a very friendly and professional manner at all times. It was like we new him for twenty years. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Thank You Bobby Haddad and keep up the great work. More

Over the last couple of years, I have purchased cars at various Chambers dealerships, from BMW in Sudbury, to Porsche in Boston, and now at Chevrolet in Danvers. Let me start by saying that this was the be various Chambers dealerships, from BMW in Sudbury, to Porsche in Boston, and now at Chevrolet in Danvers. Let me start by saying that this was the best experience I have had at a car dealership since I started buying cars, and I buy new vehicles often. My first exposure to the dealership was with Brian Dumont on the phone. He was extremely patient, not pressuring, and easy going. I called a couple of Chevy dealerships, but it was his good nature that brought me into this dealership first. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Brian and introduced to Corey Stewart. Corey is incredibly friendly, easy going, and patient. He was the absolute best sales person I have worked with. He valued my time and did not put pressure on me in any way. He offered help when needed and allowed me to take my time. He also hustled through the entire process and I cannot thank him enough for that. Corey is a great guy. After negotiations were complete, I was introduced to Bobby Haddad, and the great experience continued. He did a great job getting our paperwork complete in record time, while still taking time to explain everything and never make us feel unimportant. I was in a rush because I had to make a train and the whole team completely respected that and acted accordingly. Bobby then came over and chatted with my wife and I while he had some downtime. I ask a lot of questions, and I mean a lot. All 3 of these guys remained patient and helpful the entire time. Corey, Brian, and Bobby all deserve accolades for their phenomenal service. As I mentioned before, I bought a car at Porsche in Boston in September, a truck at Toyota of Boston in 2012, and a BMW in Sudbury in 2011. I have referred a handful of people to the Honda dealer in Boston. With all of this, these guys stood out as being the best. You have an awesome team here and I generate a lot of referrals because friends often come to me with car buying questions. If anyone needs a Chevy, this is where I will direct them, and these guys are who I will direct them to. Thanks to Brian, Corey and Bobby! More
