Flawless experiance buying my new Tahoe I dealt with Clinton Gerrish, Corey Stewart, Cory Upton, and Zashary Santiago. I also had help from Bobby Haddad, and Kevin Fitzpatrick with programin I dealt with Clinton Gerrish, Corey Stewart, Cory Upton, and Zashary Santiago. I also had help from Bobby Haddad, and Kevin Fitzpatrick with programing features. ALL these guys were great to deal with. All regular guys, easy to talk to, no pressure, which made for a very comfortable experience. I have also dealt with Kristen in Service in the past who is another A+ player. Thank you! Bill Wood More

Looking for a used car I went to the Chevy dealership to look for a used car, as I had been in an accident and my car was totaled. I was not sure what I was looking for, jus I went to the Chevy dealership to look for a used car, as I had been in an accident and my car was totaled. I was not sure what I was looking for, just a car that I could afford. When I walked in, Alexander grant smiled at me and approached me and introduced himself. He made me feel comfortable and we discussed what I needed and he got me a bottle of water and took a walk outside. We looked at every car that they had on the lot that was used. I finally settled on a 2016 Chevy Cruze and Alex went to work. I had no money to put down and I am homeless, and finances are limited. He was able after many trips to hash out something I could afford and made me extremely happy. Corey Stewart and Bobby Haddad were so very kind as well and showed me respect even though I was not a wealthy person. they made me feel excited and were willing to help me anyway they could. If it weren't for Alex's persistence, I would have left there without a car and in tears. The accident was not my fault and I had saved for a long time to get it and only had it a year, I never expected to have to look for another car. Thank you Alex for everything!! More

Soup to nuts, this entire experience was awesome I consider myself to be a very frugal (cheap) person when it comes to large purchases and when it came down to purchasing a no-negotiate certified car I consider myself to be a very frugal (cheap) person when it comes to large purchases and when it came down to purchasing a no-negotiate certified car, i was a little caught off guard. i did my research and knew the price was right on and fair. The Alex (Sales), Edison, Bobby and Corey all took great care of me when it came to my trade. Mutual respect was established and with no pressure or second thoughts to a non-need car (Camaro SS). This was all great, but the true respect came when i took the car for service, as i managed to knock off something that they essentially made this motor-head look like a chump when the simply popped it back on... Not only did Edison, walk by and say Hey! How are you liking the Camaro" and other NON-small talk, then shortly after so did Corey and was met with a smile too. This pretty much sealed the deal for me, enough that i felt the need to do a survey out of desired obligation. This also was a 2 car purchase month and my wife and i came here first, but she wasn't seeing what she wanted in her price range, so where did we go?? HERB CHAMBERS JEEP across the street for another certified pre-owned Grand Cherokee. Again, great people to work with and again i didn't feel like i was being treated negatively or pressured at all. My wife also was treated with respect and like a person, unlike a few other locations which talked down like she didn't understand a vehicle at all. one benefit of tolerating a motor head like me. Both locations, i would definitely revisit. And as i am writting this, my poor wives Grand Cherokee got rear ended (She is ok) but i didnt think twice of who i wanted to touch her vehicle other than the Herb Chambers. Added note, Kristin in service is outstanding, friendly, remembers you and your scenarios, and great to work with. Even more impressive is the senior mechanic who i am disappointed i cannot remember his name. The ONLY person i would EVER trust to touch my car and more so, not think twice about it not being right after!! You need to know how much trust and respect this guy earned!! - i have never let someone touch my car except when under warranty or forced because i don't have a tire changer or balancer at home(yet).... Easy to talk with, no ego to bruise when i asked mildly contradicting questions. But AMAZINGLY Knowledgeable with the Camaro, i can only imagine what else he knows about. I'm telling you, he was a walking car Google!! i was talking about a rear diff sound and he said oh yeah, lets pull up the Brake KB off the computer..... NOT A Brake related sound, but the KB WAS under brakes and about a diff noise!! He pulls this out of his head like it was nothing. Walking frickin car Google!!! And if you read this far, i hope you enjoyed the rant and well deserved praises. They all certainly earned/deserve it! More

Awful. Misleading. Do not waste your time at this dealership. I spent hours here getting to a price I was comfortable with. I paid my down payment plus the registration and license plate fees. I was congratulated and told I would be called when the car was ready to be taken home. Two hours later I receive a phone call saying I would need a co-signer or the payments would change drastically. This was NEVER something that ever even came up. My credit is good and I was congratulated on my new car. Now I'm left with no car, wasted time, AND a hard pull on my credit for absolutley nothing. More

I felt comfortable working with Corey S, Corey U and Bobby because they didn't pressure me into anything. Corey S even went out of his way to pick up my new car from my work to have the remote start installed! Not many , if any, salesman would offer to do that on their own. Misleading Corey demonstrated his own remote start and touted what a great feature it is that comes with OnStar. They did not take us back out to the Malibu we just test drove to show us exactly where it was on that car. When we finalized the deal and went to pick up the car, Rhalder was going over the features. When we asked about where the remote start button was, Rhalder said this car didn't have it. When we said we were told it came with it, he didn't offer to clarify, but I realize he may have been in an awkward situation, as he had 0 to do with the sale a few days prior. I went in to speak to Corey, but he was intently in a conversation, didn't see or acknowledge me standing there, and I didn't want to wait. I have only driven the car to work and home (2 mi. each way) for 2 days now, and we just noted a scratch over 1 taillight on the side. Wish I'd seen this at the dealership, as it's about 1" long x 1/8" deep, and painted in .....I know it was there but I missed it on pick up day. As the car is leased, now I'm afraid I'll be held responsible. This should have been seen by me, or pointed out by them and listed on the lease as pre-existing. Or I should have been offered another car without the scratch. On the + side, Bobby was quite efficient as the financial closer: fast, true to his word, and everything done correctly. Although I like the car itself, I'm maybe having 2nd thoughts that I should have stuck with the Sonata deal I had lined up before checking Chevy. More

They talked me into getting the Extended service warranty which included scratches and small dents when I went back for oil change They said I did not have that option. An oil change took over 2 hours they said it was normal, they were short handed and do I want a job. I did not want to hear that. Even in the beginning the salesman was new and didn't know what he was doing .I had to request somebody else. Then they messed up My registration. Very unprofessional place. Be careful there to be ripped off. VERY UNHAPPY!!!!!!! More

Best ever! I had a 2011 Chevy 1500 LT Crew Cab, needed a truck with more towing ability. Just invested much $$ in nice rims, replacing front chrome bumper to bla I had a 2011 Chevy 1500 LT Crew Cab, needed a truck with more towing ability. Just invested much $$ in nice rims, replacing front chrome bumper to black, painted truck bed removing stickers. Was educated by others needed a 2500. Went on Tue met Jonathan sales rep and Bobbie in Finance. Left that night with my used 2015 2500HD LTZ 4000 mi truck. This was a big truck (I am 5"). After driving it for 2 days I realized it was not what I wanted. Low gas miles for how often I am towing my horse and little to bouncy for me...lol. I called Jonathan very nervously Fri morning asking to return the truck for something else (with used you have a 1 time return if within 5 days). He was so sweet, I told him I definitely needed a truck though. Bobbie (Finance) had worked with me when I bought my 2011 truck and had an idea of what I might like after seeing changes made on that truck. I arrived at 430pm and they both gave me a hug and assured me it was fine, it was a big truck. He showed me a Midnight edition 2016 LTZ Silverado 1500 with a stronger transmission to allow a towing ability of 9100lbs. I fell in love with this truck...he was correct. I have been dealing with this dealership since 2013 for maintenance of original truck. All departments have treated me fantastic! My bf had the worst experience at dealership he was working with...and has since transferred to Chevy of Danvers. Thank you Herb Chambers team of Danvers for always giving me such wonderful service for over 3 yrs! More
