I had visited local Chevy dealers in my area and was not pleased with their service. I had the pleasure of dealing with Greg Ormiston who made the experience actually exciting. I had my mind set on a vehicle and he took the time to explain all of my options in my budget. I walked away with a 2016 Chevy traverse which I love Bobby Haddad the finance manager was also amazing they both worked tirelessly to get me where I needed to be and their genuine care for me as a customer shined. My husband also drove away with a 2015 midnight addition Silverado. I will never shop anywhere else!! The are the example of amazing customer service! More

I found the vehicle I wanted on line and went to the dealership to take a look. I was greeted by Cody Banks, who was friendly, professional, and informative. I felt pretty comfortable in a very short time, took the Jeep out for a test drive and decided it was for me. We were joined by Corey Upton who I felt had much the same qualities as Cody. Wrapping up the deal, I was introduced to Bobby Haddad, and yeah, you guessed it, another great person to deal with..... Hey, Mr Chambers, you have some great people working at this place! Because my experience was so good, I will recommend Herb Chambers Chevrolet any chance I get, and judging by how many times I have people take an interest in my Jeep, there will be plenty of them. The salesman Corey went the extra mile My wife and I were looking for Chevrolet Camaro convertible, we had a very specific set of options we wanted and only a handful were left in new Engl My wife and I were looking for Chevrolet Camaro convertible, we had a very specific set of options we wanted and only a handful were left in new England. We live in central Connecticut so it was rather a long drive to even go look for the car. We called the dealership first to confirm the car was their, this was a Sunday. We drove to Danvers Chevrolet first thing in the morning on Monday, we were met by a very cheerful salesman named Corey Stewart. Corey brought the car up for us to look at. As we had explained we were very serious about the purchase and did not want to spend half the day at the dealership as we still had to work for the day. True to their word we were able to wrap up negotiation's on the Car in short order . We were able to negotiate a reasonable price and a good deal on my trade, unlike other dealers I have been to, they were understanding of my needs on my trade as well as realistic in their first offer. I can tell you we went to a number of dealers who offers on my trade as well as their price for their car were insulting at best. We all understand that a dealer needs to make a profit, this dealer understood not to insult my intelligence, we all have access to the internet, it amazes me how many dealers still want to work on selling cars like they did in the 70's. I found the dealership to be refreshing and a straight shooter. Unfortunately we were unable to pick up the car up that day, as the registration on our car was from Connecticut. The dealership sent someone to transfer the plates for us later that week, we did have a paper work issue that had to be resolved and one quick call to the sales manager and the issue was resolved. Corey then drove the car to the Connecticut border to meet my wife and deliver the new car and pick up our trade. Thank you for a pleasant buying experience. The Bruce's More

Such a knowledgeable and fun guy. Even my saughter who is EXTREMELY shy loved being there and had a great time. The guys offered her ice cream and made her laugh. Even now, Greg still calls to check in to make sure everything is going great with the truck and to see if I have any questions. All around a great atmosphere! More
