This dealership wasted my time and money. Service department told me my blown tire was covered under an extra protection warranty I had purchased at the time of buying the car. They had me call a tow truck to bring the vehicle to them and had me cancel my same day $200 estimated tire replacement at Tires Plus. They inconvenienced me by having to wait an extra day then they blind sided me at pick up with an over $500 repair bill after they had already repaired the tire. No warning or chance to take the vehicle elsewhere. No apology or attempt to make it right. Just a demand for their money. Our situation was literally an example the salesman gave us in the pitch for the warranty. I strongly discourage people from this dealership. More
