When I'm quoted a price for brake fluid flush of $151.95, I The rep was excellent, the waiting area was clean and amenities provided was appreciated. When I'm quoted a price for brake fluid flush of $151.95, I would have wanted all costs quoted initially. In the end I was billed $165.37 with a $15.00 off service coupon. That is deceptive. Overall I'm not happy with Honda service prices in general. I've owned a Honda since 2005. I probably will definitely consider others manufactures in the future. More

I went in for a check engine light and also told them that I was hearing noises from under the car. They charged $800+ for diagnostic and to fix the check engine light and said they drive my car and coul that I was hearing noises from under the car. I took it to Firestone who diagnosed my rear shocks were bad as well as the tie rods that fixed my car. For the first time after 4 cars purchased at this dealership and multiple service appointments I am very disappointed in the Honda At the Avenues service department and feel that it was not money well spent. More
