Very clean... service was great and fast. My service rep new just how to explain my car problem. Great Service! Called early in the morning and Bobby Howard answered and set up my appointment. After dropping off the vehicle, saw Bobby and he got my service order Called early in the morning and Bobby Howard answered and set up my appointment. After dropping off the vehicle, saw Bobby and he got my service order ready. Within 30 minutes a shuttle took me home and I got the call early in the afternoon of the work needing to be done. It was a big job and I was told it should be ready by late afternoon the next day. It was actually completed a few hours earlier than expected and the car is driving great. Love bringing my Honda here where I know that's the kind of vehicle they sell anyway. Thank you Bobby. More

Fast and efficient. I was in Jacksonville for the weekend and noticed the "change oil" warning light came on. I called Honda of the Avenues on a Saturday afternoon and w I was in Jacksonville for the weekend and noticed the "change oil" warning light came on. I called Honda of the Avenues on a Saturday afternoon and was told the Service Dept. opened at 10 a.m. Sunday morning. I arrived a few minutes before 10 and at 10:41 was on my way. Very friendly staff! More
