Mr. David Quertermous treated me like his long lost friend, he is a gentleman in every sense of the word, he was helpful, kind, extremely patient and very knowledgeable. I made a long distance purchase since I live 228 miles away from the dealership in Miami, he took me by the hand walked me through the procedure and answered every one of my questions and made me confident of my purchase sight unseen. Furthermore held the vehicle over the week end without a deposit from me until I was able to drive up and make the purchase I can't say enough about him and the dealership. It is obvious that this is a culture that permeates the entire dealership from the top down Mr. Kisselb ack was a delightful owner that made sure that his people behaved this way. To say that Ms. Tammy Walters is a delightful star is an actual understatement she made the paperwork part of the purchase an enjoyable experience 4 months ago I purchased a BMW and it took me 4.5 hours for the paperwork it was like pulling teeth, on the other side of the spectrum Ms. Walters had us in and out in approximately 30 to 40 minutes was friendly, efficient a true professional on what is always a tiresome procedure, she made fun, quick and informative she is a real jewel. He recommended that I also look at the Ford C-Max which hadn’t even been on my radar but I took it for test drive and loved it. I had just totalled my car and was using a rental from enterprise. The fact that there’s an enterprise on site made it really easy for me to return the rental car. I love my “new” C-max! Great overall experience! More

I picked out my F250 XLT Super Duty by Engine, Drive Train, external Trim, Interior and including Tow Equipment. I reviewed a few different 2018 and 2019 models. I received a response from David Q but my busy schedule delayed my reply but David was patient and each subsequent time I looked at Kisselbeck's great inventory online he reached out. David guided me through their online credit application. The next thing I knew I was approved through Ford Credit. I came into the dealership and received a very very friendly staff and David very articulately explained all the fantastic features of my new Truck! Dave was GREAT!
