Unexpected (but awesome) Buy My expericence with AutoDirect was wonderful. Bob personally answered all of my questions via phone/email prior to traveling there. When I arrived Bob My expericence with AutoDirect was wonderful. Bob personally answered all of my questions via phone/email prior to traveling there. When I arrived Bob and Bonnie were both in front of the showroom and ready to shake my hand. They are a family owned business and there's no haggling; they encourage you to walk around and view the cars on your own (unless you have questions then they will happily assist). Bonnie helped me with the car fax of each car I was interested in and Bob was so kind to move some cars for me (on a snowy day) to take the car out for a test drive. Long story short, I decided to buy the car! While waiting, they make you feel right at home; they gave my dad and pizza so we didn't have to leave for lunch. We even had cake before we left!😊 I would recommend AutoDirect to anyone looking to buy a nice car. Each pre-owned vehicle was in great shape and spotless! More
