We were greeted and welcomed like we were in someone's home rather than the typical dealership experience we were met with at other dealers. Bonnie, Bob and Chad made us feel very comfortable in our search and encourage us to take our time and look at as many cars as we liked with absolutely No Pressure! We found a wonderful Hyundai Genesis that literally looked as if it just rolled of the assembly line that fit our needs exactly. From Stressing to Blessing! I went with my daughter, Danielle, to see about purchasing a vehicle, which she urgently needed. She was extremely nervous about possibly not being I went with my daughter, Danielle, to see about purchasing a vehicle, which she urgently needed. She was extremely nervous about possibly not being approved for financing. Upon entering the showroom, we were immediately greeted by Bonnie - not in a "stalking " manner as with some dealership staff - but in a very helpful and hospitable manner. After having viewed a few vehicles, we sat down with Chad, who after taking all of the paperwork and initiating the financing process, did everything within his means to accommodate Danielle's circumstances and finances. Chad's consideration and effort resulted in terms being established which made it possible for her to obtain the vehicle she had her heart set on from the time she viewed it online! Once that process was completed, Bob came to speak with us and review the paperwork. He gave a thorough explanation of all the documents needing signature, and allayed any fears we had concerning the purchase. Danielle had been under much stress lately, and having the burden of the need for new vehicle lifted brought her to tears. AutoDirect owners/employees changed her countenance from stressed to blessed! Thank God for a business that considers buyers as people...not just customers! More

No pressure dealer I live locally in Palmyra and happened to see Auto Direct while driving down Rt 130. I was in the market to buy a truck so I hit their website when I I live locally in Palmyra and happened to see Auto Direct while driving down Rt 130. I was in the market to buy a truck so I hit their website when I got home. I found a large selection of vehicles that caught my interest so I called first to make sure what was on the website was in fact what was in their inventory. They assured me that it was. I came up later on a Saturday just to look in person. No pressure from salesmen what so ever. I browsed on my own and let them know what I was interested in. The truck was buried almost in the back of the line of many vehicles. Not even five minutes later they had it out for me to test drive. In that time Bob, the owner, had introduced himself and I felt as though I'd known him for a while. The staff in general made me feel this way. They stayed after closing time to finalize the papers with me. The Dodge Ram 1500 was ready to pick up Monday as they promised, detailed and gone over again by a mechanic. Not only was it a great experience, my father was offered a free detail for his car. I'd highly recommend coming here to anyone in the market for any style car. More
