As busy as they were, they continued to be attentive to my needs, apologetic when they didn't have to be and were extremely patient throughout the whole process. Today was the first day I was out on the market for cars so I wasn't quite ready to buy but I will say this: If I find two similar cars I like, one offered at one dealership and the other offered at this one. I will choose Auto Direct, even if I have to pay in a little more. I believe the analysis that goes into buying a car starts way before you step on the gas pedal, it starts the moment you step foot in the door. When I arrived Bob and Bonnie were both in front of the showroom and ready to shake my hand. They are a family owned business and there's no haggling; they encourage you to walk around and view the cars on your own (unless you have questions then they will happily assist). Bonnie helped me with the car fax of each car I was interested in and Bob was so kind to move some cars for me (on a snowy day) to take the car out for a test drive. Long story short, I decided to buy the car! While waiting, they make you feel right at home; they gave my dad and pizza so we didn't have to leave for lunch. We even had cake before we left!😊 I would recommend AutoDirect to anyone looking to buy a nice car. Each pre-owned vehicle was in great shape and spotless! More
