In fact, there were several times while I was working with Sue that I just needed to pause and think. She gave me the space to do that but was always ready to answer my questions fully - and if she didn't know the answer, to find the answer. Sue was also able to gracefully work with me and two or three other customers without ever missing a beat with any of us and was accurate and straightforward about how each step of the process would take. First it was the Civic on special order then the Accord however I changed my mind again back to the original order of the Civic. Sue was graceful the whole way through and very patient with me.
