Sales Manager said my warranty was included in the deal, did not say which warranty, When I got to finance person, warranty was $3,200. I knew cost was more than what I agreed to but proceeded with purchase because 6.1% interest rate was better than I was getting from USAA (8.23) for 84 months to keep my payment under $1,000. I had forgotten about warranty offer from Mr. Johnson, until I was emailed to provide feedback survey.
