You'll get great service here and all the service
department employees are excellent. What is not so great:
- In the last 4 years, there have been very little loaners available and if there is, they

- Prices of course are high. If you compare quotes with Beckley or Westside Autopros there are some savings but just be prepared to pay a lot for services here. If it can wait, check the others out for other quotes and likely better prices for about the same level of service.

I was recommended to change the battery of my car when i
took it for oil change. Changed the battery but started having issue with battery, had to make three visits and in between also purchased mercedes br

Finally after 3rd visit battery was replaced under warranty. Had to show picture of the issue. Service is always very good and honest.
