Everything was great until we got to the Finance Dept I met with Jose on President's Day to purchase my 2018 Hyundai Elentra. He was awesome and courteous with answering any questions I had about the use I met with Jose on President's Day to purchase my 2018 Hyundai Elentra. He was awesome and courteous with answering any questions I had about the used vehicle. Brad also introduced himself and a few others, everyone was great...until we got to financing. Once the sale was "finalized" I was told to wait for the Finance dept in their waiting room. 1 hour passes - nothing. Jose apologizes for the wait, and explains that there are only 2 Finance managers working today (usually it's 3 ppl). 2 hours pass and I notice the Manager we are waiting for has been speaking to the same gentleman for the last 2 hours. Maybe he has a bunch of questions? Again, Jose apologizes for the inconvenience. About another 30 min pass when we're finally called back to the Banking office, the female Finance officer proceeds to tell me that I'm missing information and I need my brother to come down to the dealership to co-sign and fill out paperwork. Confused, I ask if they can just pull his info from all the other documents we've submitted from our pre-approval. She reacts with a smug tone, as if I was supposed to have all this information prepared already. She leaves, grabs ANOTHER customer and leads them back to her office. I'm left arguing with the Banking Manager about how ridiculous this is that no one told us anything for almost 3 hours, and now I'm on the fence of even buying this vehicle (which, you would think, the staff would be fully accommodating to making sales). The banking manager agrees to accept a photo ID text from my brother (who was at work) as long as he fills out ANOTHER loan app on the Hyundai website - again, this didn't make sense to apply for a loan since they should already have our info from being pre-approved from our Credit Union, but he filled it out so his info could be "properly" logged into Hyundai's system. He proceeds to give our paperwork to the lady, who shoots him a nasty look while in front of the other customers she took in instead of me. I wait another 10+ min before asking the Banking manager what's the wait for now??? Sal, another Finance manager sees the dilemma, grabs the paper work from the other lady - introduces himself, apologies, and got me signed and out the door in a matter of minutes. I did research and found out the lady's name is Marie. Marie did not introduce herself, did not apologize for the wait, and acted as if I was inconveniencing her day by trying to BUY A CAR FROM HYUNDAI. If it had not been for Jose and Sal's comfort, I would have walked out the door. A 3-star is my rating based off this experience, as a first time buyer - Marie and the banking manager should have been more patient and informative instead of very "matter of fact" with shrugs and eye rolls. It was very unprofessional and the only thing that kept me there to get the car was because I needed one THAT DAY, and Jose and Sal calmed me down. Because of Coach Todd Hollin's reference, Sal, Jose, and Brad - I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family, with the warning to avoid Marie and the banking manager who was working that President's Day. Here's to hoping there are no future issues when I come in for warrantied repairs + visits. Thanks in advance for your time and attention to this, -Marc More

So first of Mike Crane deserves 5 stars. Originally I was going to give Temecula Hyundai a lower rating, because of some gas issues and some other circumstances about dealer adds, but the management team was going to give Temecula Hyundai a lower rating, because of some gas issues and some other circumstances about dealer adds, but the management team responded right away, even sending some gas money for the van. Thank you Brad , the general manager (in that case you can't complain about driving from San Diego to Temecula) I guess you can't ask for more of a dealership. So other things about the dealership: I came there with 2 kids, a baby and 2 year old. The place was very family friendly. They had a toy room, a place where they can watch some DVDs and even pop corn to keep them entertained. The place was kept very clean. For the adult customers, they had a fridge filled with water, an espresso, late, chocolate machine. The have comfortable chairs, I think three big screens TVs in case you are waiting for your car getting service. Getting to Temecula Hyundai from San Diego was pretty straight forward, they are right off the free way. We came to Hyundai of Temecula with Mike knowing that we have to get back to San Diego as soon as possible, we had another kid to pick up from elementary school. I think the whole process took less than 2 hours. So I guess if you have 2 hours in your day and want a good deal on car come by and visit Mike and Brad at Temecula Hyundai. More

Best car buying option I live in Dallas TX & a friend recommended that I contact Temecula Hyundai, I spoke to Brad on the phone & explained the model & color & options that I live in Dallas TX & a friend recommended that I contact Temecula Hyundai, I spoke to Brad on the phone & explained the model & color & options that i was looking for & within 15 minutes he emailed the picture & all the information. Ali Fathi was assigned to me as a personal contact & he was extremely accomodating & he managed everything, Chris Ramirez the finance manager was great & i could name few more people. Within 3 days the car was on transport to Dallas after signing the related document. I have purchased & dealt with various dealership, this was by far the most pleasant & hassle free purchase ever & was done long distance. if you are in market for a lease or purchase of Hyundai, take 10 minutes & contact Temecula & you will be pleasantly surprise by their courtesy & professionalism. More

FRIENDLY TO ALL EVEN NON BUYERS!!! Temecula Hyundai has the friendliest staff out of ALL the dealerships in Temecula! Right away the staff made me feel welcomed by greeting me and offer Temecula Hyundai has the friendliest staff out of ALL the dealerships in Temecula! Right away the staff made me feel welcomed by greeting me and offering me some freshly made popcorn, coffee, hot chocolate, and water (bottled)! Unfortunately, I have bad credit, no money down, and a broke college student so no car was purchased. I definitely will be back once I save up money and build my credit! Being a young adult Temecula Hyundai was super nice in explaining ALL the questions I had about the car I had my eyes on. 10/10 would recommend this dealership to an incoming college student, college student, commuter or any young adult because they are FRIENDLY and let me tell you the gas mileage on the Accents and Elantra's are WOW!!!! More

The best dealership I went to Hyundai about a year ago because my best friend got her new car from them. She and her mother knew some of the people there, so I decided to I went to Hyundai about a year ago because my best friend got her new car from them. She and her mother knew some of the people there, so I decided to go in and look around. I had no idea I would be walking out with a new car. I was always a Honda baby, but they completely changed my mind with their impeccable customer service and gorgeous cars. James and Brad got me such great deals on my car and I couldn’t say no. They treated me like family. Now, a year later I went back to trade on my Elantra for a beautiful, stunning Kona. Brianna went above and beyond for me. She genuinely cared about whether or not I loved my car and she wanted to make sure I got the best deal possible. With her and Chris together, I never would’ve dreamed that I’d get such a great car for such a good price. Everyone at that dealership is like family to me and they treat me just the same. I would highly recommend checking them out, they don’t just sell you a car, they make sure you love it and get exactly what you want. More

Truly Awesome I was amazed that Jim, who called me back from an internet inquiry,, met me at the dealership; then passed me off to one of his associates, whom helpe I was amazed that Jim, who called me back from an internet inquiry,, met me at the dealership; then passed me off to one of his associates, whom helped me with the selection of my vehicle. After my initial test drive, in a Sonata, we figured out that the vehicle would not fit my needs; both financially and personally as well. Upon further discussion of my needs and wishes, Brad (Sales Manager) stepped up to help us out and suggested a vehicle more in alignment with my needs, and wishes in a vehicle. I took an Elantra out and was actually surprised that I was actually liking the Elantra much more than the Sonata I drove. The team took there time and stayed past their normal closing time to help me with my purchase and decision to buy, they helped me orchestrate my trade in logistical needs, and the leaving of my vehicle which I drove to the dealership. I was introduced to Brian, in Finance who helped me with the paperwork and I was on my way in the new vehicle, to my home. WE did have a little hiccup with the financing, but with Brad's assistance, that too was easily resolved, to allow me to finally feel like the vehicle was mine and the transaction was comfortably completed. I was very happy with the "Team Work" that the people I had been in touch with brought to the transaction. IT was we all were actually working toward a single goal, and not just another transaction. It actually felt like they had taken my concerns and helped me with them, as if they were affected by those concerns or issues. I mean they were in the sale of the vehicle, but their approach seemed like they too were experiencing my concerns as well. Temecula Hyundai treated me with the utmost respect, and actually presented their products and services, in a way that showed they were there to experience my happiness and to help with my concerns in a legitimately concerned way. Our salesman, Rick, worked with us to make a deal until we were satisfied. The staff took as much time as was needed to instruct us on the many features of the Genesis we selected. They were patient, accommodating and helpful. We couldn't have asked for better Customer Service. We will be happy to recommend this Dealership to family, friends and neighbors.
