Brad Constantino Goes Above And Beyond I recently bought a 2018 CRV at Dick Ide Honda, and Brad Constantino was my salesperson. Unfortunately for me, I broke my ankle in the middle of the p I recently bought a 2018 CRV at Dick Ide Honda, and Brad Constantino was my salesperson. Unfortunately for me, I broke my ankle in the middle of the process of buying this car. Brad worked with me to negotiate a great deal and even came to the hospital to complete the deal so that I would not lose this great deal/car. After the sale, Brad continued to go above and beyond by meeting with me weeks later when I was finally able to drive my new car to go over specifics of the various features of my new car. He assured me to call him whenever I have any questions, and he has followed through anytime I have called - getting back to me soon after I contact him. I have never had such a great experience with any other car/dealership/salesperson in my life. Brad is an amazing, kind and exceptional person, and he is a wonderful representative and credit to the Dick Ide family of dealerships. More

I contacted Brad on Wednesday morning and asked if he had anything that would suit me. A very short time later he contacted me and said he had found one that was perfect. I went to see him after work and guess what?? — it WAS perfect! A certified pre-owned, 2015 with only 29,000 miles! The price was exactly where I told Brad I wanted to be. I even loved the color! I test drove it and agreed to buy it that day! The next afternoon, I went in and picked it up! He sells you what you want and doesn't try to over-sell you with options you don't need. He gave me a good price for my trade-in - without the "I'll have to go check with my manager" line. He's what a car salesman should be ! And if you have a problem with a used vehicle from them, they make it right. I actually never even considered going to any other dealership and probably never will. More
