Lease of new vehichle IDE is THE BEST car dealership around. Turned in my old lease (2015 Civic) today (5/21/18) and walked out with a new HR-V. It is much more comfortable IDE is THE BEST car dealership around. Turned in my old lease (2015 Civic) today (5/21/18) and walked out with a new HR-V. It is much more comfortable and easier for me to get in and out of and also see over the steering wheel! I am 5’2” and 83 after all! From start to finish took about 4 hours, which was perfect. That gave me time to pick up groceries and make a trip to Leo’s. You see I live about an hour away and I am tired of just seeing Leo’s face on the commercial! My car was ready when I returned, signed the papers and off we went! Oh and those nice “boys” you’ve got working there? They even transferred my groceries from my old car to the new one. And just so you know, the HR-V holds about $350 or 55 bags of groceries! I want to especially thank Roberto Galante and Brad Constantino who answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable and truly made this transferring my lease so easy. Also, Ken in finance. Oh, and I should also thank my daughter Susan for helping me decide on the HR-V. After I sat in it the first time, she said this is it! I never even tried a new Civic. Thank you, Shirley Sharpe More

Once we saw one come up that met our criteria we utilized the text service and got connected with Brad. Brad was great! He arranged a test drive that Monday, answered all our questions and was available every step of the process via phone and email, and by Thursday we were driving away in our new van. We love it, it is perfect for everything we need and it drives so well. We look forward to a long relationship with the Ide Honda service department. More

Great Experience All Around I started looking at new Odyssey’s over two years ago. Every time my 2005 Odyssey was in for an oil change, repair, etc, I would cruise the floor. I s I started looking at new Odyssey’s over two years ago. Every time my 2005 Odyssey was in for an oil change, repair, etc, I would cruise the floor. I started talking to Brad Constantino, who was always helpful, but absolutely no-pressure. He answered all my questions (oft n the same questions multiple times), got me numbers, and just generally listened to me talk about wanting to drive my current then current Odyssey into the ground. When my baby finally did need replacing, we went to Brad. We would not have even considered going anywhere else. I ordered and put a down payment on the car in the showroom. The next day I decided I wanted a different color. This meant locating tgat exact same car, but in a different color. Within a few days, my new car, in the right color, was there. We had to redo all the paperwork, which didn’t seem to faze Brad or the sales manager. Throughout the process, Brad was informative and communicative, without being pushy. I would highly recommend Brad and the entire service team (who have always treated me like royalty)! Debbie Kanner More
