After having horrible experiences at other Honda dealers, I wasn't keen on going through the car buying/leasing process again. But with welcoming my first child in July, we needed to trade in our 2011 Civic as well as lease a second vehicle. Brad was amazing from start to finish on both cars. He was very timely in responding to my e-mails and was flexible with scheduling. Brad never made me feel like he was pushing a sale - he was always conscious of our needs and our budget. Through the leasing process for both cars, Brad became like family and was invested in the well-being of our family - which I really appreciated.
