He was honest in guiding me through the process especially in these trying times with limited new cars and the increased value of used car. My car was a 2019 Honda CRV with low mileage but as a real estate agent my car is very important to me. So I was able to move-up to a 2022 and it was a very fair deal with no hassle. I have to admit I miss my 2019 but love my 2022. More
