Brad was courteous, extremely knowledgeable, respectful and honest. He was extremely pleasant to work with and provided easy to understand numbers without any pressure. He got to know us and provided us with what he believed was the best vehicle for our wants and needs. He acquainted us with all the benefits of purchasing/leasing Honda cars. His positive, yet easy-going manner was infectious.We were convinced we had made the right choice. When our vehicle came in earlier than expected and we were not able to pick it up right away (due to illness), he reassured us that we had no worries. The car would be there when we were able to get it. When we picked the car up, the experience was seamless and the numbers were as promised. Brad spent an extended period of time getting us acquainted with our new car, didn't rush through, and set up our phone links. He told us to drive the car for a few days and if we needed further assistance, we could come back in and he would go through whatever steps we needed again. In over 50 years of buying cars, NO ONE has ever offered us this service. He is a credit to his profession and an excellent representative for the Honda brand and the Ide dealership. I would most certainly return to Ide, but most definitely work with Brad. He deserves recognition for his attention to detail and his professional, kind and respectful manner. You can tell he really wants his customers to be satisfied by how he is able to explain how things work in easy-to-understand terms.
