Missed Delivery Turned OUTSTANDING!!! On Monday found a unit at dealer slightly out of town. Tuesday secured unit to come to Bommarito in Hazelwood for delivery on Wednesday. Or so we tho On Monday found a unit at dealer slightly out of town. Tuesday secured unit to come to Bommarito in Hazelwood for delivery on Wednesday. Or so we thought. Wednesday afternoon was informed the truck had been sold before it was available to be picked up... Oh that was TOUGH! Upon being invited back to Bommarito, Steve my sales contact and I were both a bit disappointed. Now I had my heart set on the other truck because it was a V8. Steve asked if I would consider driving an EcoBoost 3.5 V6. I had never driven one. So happens the available truck was Steve's previous demo and had the color, interior and extras more than the other truck. I was open enough to give it a test drive. After returning and hearing the deal along with more for my trade, 5800 miles had no effect on my decision. WOW, what a vehicle and what a group of folks really concerned with my personal happiness in this transaction. Picked up the truck on Friday, St. Patrick's Day afternoon. Above and beyond my understanding!!! Nice job Steve Nodiff, Brad Gilbert, and Dan King! Quite a team very interested and attentive to detail in order to overwhelming satisfy this discriminate truck buyer. Awesome Job One!!! More
