At the end of the year inventory is slim but that's when I was shopping for a SUV. I knew what I wanted and the color and had my mind set on it. I knew it was going to be a challenge. Mark Kofskie and his manager Brad could have let me walk away but they did not give up. They looked high and low for a Platinum Ford Edge with the 302A plan in magnetic. They finally found the exact car I wanted and closed the sale by year end. Mark was very transparent with pricing, rebate offers and always kept in touch with me throughout the process of the car hunt. If it wasn't for his professionalism, patience and friendliness I probably would have walked away and bought a different brand of car. As many calls as he received from me, he never was irritated or showed any signs of frustrations. He became a team player to find me an Edge. Once I purchased the car, the finance experience was just as good. All options were explained and the process was painless. Overall the customer service was top notch. Mark worked hard for this sale....really hard but never gave up until I was happy. I would highly recommend him and this dealership. He is thorough with his work and good at his job. I have had my edge titanium for a week and still can't believe it is mine! It is solid and beautiful engineering. The 302A package was worth the extra cost. More
