Brad Gilbert and his team helped us replace the car that the other dealership sold us through the Ford Replacement Program even though they didn't sell us the original car. Brad took my phone call, listened to frustrations and was willing to make things right even though his dealership hadn't even sold us a car. He even helped us follow up with corporate Ford to make sure everything went smoothly. Tim Meyer(our salesmen) went out of his way to make sure we had an outstanding experience during a very stressful time. He took the time to learn about our situation, walk us through all of the paper work, and made sure we were completely satisfied with his service and our new car before we left. If you are looking a car, be sure to go see Tim. He will take great care of you!They were extremely kind, patience, helpful, and friendly. No follow-through I purchased a car from Bommarito in December 2014, but since I live out of state, I had to pay a service fee and allow Bommarito to get my license pla I purchased a car from Bommarito in December 2014, but since I live out of state, I had to pay a service fee and allow Bommarito to get my license plates for me. It's March 2015, and I still do not have my license plates. I haven't been able to drive my new car since January, and all I've been getting is the runaround and excuses. I was promised that my plates would arrive on Wednesday or Thursday of this week - it's Friday, I have no plates, and of course, no one is returning my calls or able to help me - they're magically out of the office until Monday. At this point, I need someone to pay for a rental car until they figure out what kind of incompetence led to a three month wait for license plates. Brad Gilbert promised to contact me this week, but now he's apparently out of the office and of course, doesn't have a cell phone number. It's sad and pathetic. I can walk into the DMV and get my license plates in an hour, but Bommarito can't get my license plates in 3 months. More

Car buying issues When I purchased my car, I had several problems. missing key lost paperwork and other issues. My salesman Steve tried his best to fix the problems. It took some time to make everything right, but Steve hung in there and got us thru it. The young lady in the service department was also very nice and helpful. When the key came in she got me right in and taken care of. I did bring my boss in to buy one of the new high Transit vans. More
