Great Experience I had a great experience at Bommarito Ford. Years ago I sold cars in California, Arizona, and St. Louis, Missouri, so I was prepared for all the g I had a great experience at Bommarito Ford. Years ago I sold cars in California, Arizona, and St. Louis, Missouri, so I was prepared for all the games when I recently went shopping for a Ford Expedition. For a week or two I shopped around at several dealerships in St. Louis and played the typical “Can I please have my keys back now,” car sales games. Then I tried Bommarito. At Bommarito I found almost exactly the car that I wanted, but it was new, not used, and I wanted to save money. I fully expected the salesman, Nathan Bultman, to do everything in his power to keep me in the dealership until I broke down and purchased the car. Instead, he gave me all the information that I wanted, including his best price and said, “Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.” I was stunned by such courteous service at a car dealership and stunned by the low price of a brand new vehicle with a full warranty and all the latest gadgets that only a new car has. I went to two more dealerships before I realized that Bommarito had what I really wanted and at the right price. I returned to Bommarito and purchased the car. The post-sale service was as great as the pre-sale service. But that’s not the end of the story. It turned out that I didn’t have the title to my trade-in. Bommarito allowed me to take the car anyway and come back with the title. I couldn’t find the title. Bommarito said they would take care of getting it from California where we thought it would be. But California had no record of the title, even though I had registered the car in Clifornia for the last 8 years. Still, I was driving the new car with temporary plates and I couldn’t wait any longer for Bommarito to find the title to my trade. I prepared myself for a battle. I needed Bommarito to give me title to the new car before they found title to the $2500 trade, a title that I had lost. Basically, I was asking them to trust me for $2500. To my amazement, they were completely reasonable and quite courteous about the entire problem, even apologizing to me for the trouble. It was basically my fault and my problem, and they were apologizing to me and making it their problem. I am truly knocked off my feet by the service and professionalism that I received at Bommarito Ford. If you intend to purchase a Ford, I recommend calling Nathan Bultman at Bommarito Ford. What a delightful experience! More

Great Experience! We were so satisified to deal with Bommarito Ford! Everyone was friendly, courteous, neatly dressed, and made us feel verycomfortable. When we arrived to pick up our new Mustang, Nathan took the time to explain the car in detail, from the trunk, engine, interior and driving of auto. It doesn't sound like much, but his explanation was the reason that made us feel like a safe and comfortable ride home. . Your always use to your previous car, and that can make for a not too safe ride home! We were very impressed and have been with Bommarito autos and their service department. That is why we continue to buy from Bommarito's!! They do a awesome job throughout the whole process!! The salesman and financial dept. were terrific!! More

Great service and Great experience with Brad Clanney My wife and I usually don't write reviews, but we had an extraordinarily good experience with Brad Clanney and everybody at Bommarito Ford. They were My wife and I usually don't write reviews, but we had an extraordinarily good experience with Brad Clanney and everybody at Bommarito Ford. They were up-front, honest and willing to work with us. Several other dealerships were still trying to intimidate us into buying from them: We simply let them finish their rant, left laughing, and were amazed that they tried to contact us afterward. Brad gave us the feeling like we were buying from our father. He's calm and helpful. The extraordinary part was that, after taking a truck home to be sure it would fit in the garage, someone buying it before I got the deal done, then doing a dealer trade to get another one, I found out after I got home that it didn't fit in my garage. Rather than leaving me with the one that didn't fit in the garage, they found another one that fit, and put all the extras on the new one. I didn't think I had more than a hope of that happening, but they got it done in a week. I can't tell enough people how happily surprised we were with Bommarito Ford. Thanks again to all of them! More

Nathan my sales rep was knowledgeable and friendly and not in the least bit pushy. He was a pleasure to deal with. Though the transaction took most of the day it was time well spent and I hope to enjoy my new Fusion for years to come. More

I am a Bommarito customer of one of your other car brands. My experience with Mr Nate Bultman was great. He was very friendly, and very knowledgeable of the product. He and manager Brad Gilbert gave me a great price on my trade-in. Brad Clanney was kind and patient as he showed me all of the different models of the car that I wanted to see. He is very knowledgeable about the cars; He showed me all of the features and told me all about the differences and advantages between different models of the cars. I took my brand new car home the same day I went with a huge smile on my face because I had gotten a wonderful deal and wonderful service. More
