I am notorious for walking out of restaurants or stores when the service is bad and writing to or calling managers and owners to tell them about my experience. I am equally as willing to do so when I receive excellent service. It is for that reason that I feel compelled to share with anyone who will listen the fantastic experience I had at Savage 61 thanks to Matt Gingrich and Brad Gingrich. My fiancé and I had been researching Jeep Wranglers for a year, so when we began to visit dealerships we knew exactly what we wanted. I was also thrilled that I had been pre-approved for financing at a pretty good interest rate. Despite those circumstances, I was met with rather poor service at the Jeep dealerships I visited, which made what should have been an exciting shopping experience rather unpleasant. That all changed when I stopped in at Savage 61 and was greeted by Matt Gingrich. Rather than being a pushy salesman or a rude, apathetic dealership rep, Matt was the consummate professional and the epitome of helpful. I told him my budget and what I was looking for, and he pointed out several options within minutes! As if this wasn't exciting enough, Matt worked with his brother, Brad, who went out of his way to find me an even better interest rate than what I had been offered through my credit union. With help from the Gingrich bros, within less than a few hours I walked out with exactly what I had spent weeks looking (and dealing with subpar customer service) for. To top it all off, I paid less than I had anticipated for exactly what I wanted! These two are fantastic, and they have earned Savage 61 a loyal customer who will recommend this place to any and everyone. Many thanks to Matt and Brad for all they have done. We found the whole Savage 61 experience to be one of the best we've come across. There was no pressure, and Jason was very easy to work with. He was helpful from test drive to signing. We were also impressed with how Savage offered to professionally remove stripe decals that I didn't like, free of charge. We had a few other dealerships that we may have gone through, but Savage won out, through selection, service, and a friendly, laid-back atmosphere. More
