One of the most pleasurable experiences I have ever had buying a car. Ken was a blast to deal with and there was no pressure what so ever to purchase all of the up-sell items. The finance guys were right o buying a car. Ken was a blast to deal with and there was no pressure what so ever to purchase all of the up-sell items. The finance guys were right on top of it and got me a competitive rate even though I was per-approved through my credit union. More

My car had been stolen and when I met Gavin, he knew that I was not purchasing that day. I went to the dealer 3 additional times and EVERY time I went, Gavin was very kind, knowledgeable and patient with me I was not purchasing that day. I went to the dealer 3 additional times and EVERY time I went, Gavin was very kind, knowledgeable and patient with me. I never felt pressured and I'm very grateful for that. Gavin was amazing! We really enjoyed the Love my Suburu Encoré visit as well. EVERY question was answered and Brett even pointed out features that we didn't know we had. Fantastic experience! I was raised with multiple family members working in the car business, selling a wide variety of car makes and I had never seen a program like Encoré. Thank you! More

I can’t say enough good things about Eric De Jesus, Senior Purchase Advisor, our wonderful salesman! He helped us so much and was such a good salesman that we bought a new Crosstrek Sport and a new Crosstrek Limited! He was available for every question and concern that we had! We continue to love our new cars! We have recommended this dealership to our friends! More
