Requested to pick up vehicle at 9:00 am. which the was noted at check in. Received call at 8:55 am saying they haven’t started the service yet…no attendants available. Once service started, received video stating I need front end alignment…this service was performed at my last service oil change! Note I live in Yorba Linda and made effort to have my vehicle serviced here. Bought the vehicle here which was a great experience! More

Haven't had a lot if work done, but the couple times I've been in it's been good. The Uber rides are great. I remember my BMW dealer used to give you a car to drive while work was being done.
