My email questions were answered promptly by Brad Lenz, and he also was very willing to follow up by phone. I drove down from the Upper Peninsula to check out the vehicle. Once there, I was greeted by Ryan Knueppel, who was friendly and helpful in answering further questions. After making a request for one minor adjustment to be made to the vehicle before purchase, it was taken care of immediately by the service department. I especially appreciate the fact that days later, after the purchase when I called, Ryan took the time to further discuss a few items and answer questions by phone. I am very satisfied with the vehicle and the service I received. Thank you very much! More

Lenz Truck Center, Simply the best! Brad Lenz always goes out of his way to find the vehicles I've wanted over the years at the price I want to pay! If he hasn't had what I wanted he will go out and find exactly what i need. Prices have always been at the least fair most of the time much better than expected. If Brad wasn't avaiable he has made sure someone is available to help with any concerns or questions. Sales have always been quick and easy, service is reliable and efficient! They do it all and have it all if the vehicle you want doesn't have the option they can add it and they do excellent service work also. I've purchased more than 10 vehicles from Brad and I will continue to go back to Lenz's in the future. You definitely can not go wrong with the quality of vehicles they have the selection and prices!! More

They got me out of a huge dilema ! We recently decided to do more camping in the future. Along with that decision came a HUGE financial dilema and a financial problem that other Auto / We recently decided to do more camping in the future. Along with that decision came a HUGE financial dilema and a financial problem that other Auto / Truck Dealers in the Fox River Valley simply said "we can't help you, because you owe too much on your trade-in". After hearing that line... (no less than 3 times), we decided to check out Lenz Truck Center and see if they could help us. Our problem was that we indeed "owed more than the car was worth". In 2012 I had purchased a New 2013 Dodge Dart at an area dealership. It was a Great Little Car and it had awesome reviews and awards... but I bought it immediately after filing 'bankruptcy' in 2012. Besides that, the car was not "well received", and many New Car Dealers in the Upper Midwest still have many 'brand new 2013 Dodge Darts on their lots! Not to mention 2014s and in September... here comes the 2015s. Translated, what that did to me, was drive the 'overall value' of my car way..... down. So that it was now worth roughly $8,500.00 less than I now owed on it. I forgot to mention my 'finance rate' was at 22.9% when I purchased it... due to the fact of my recent 'bankruptcy'. I never had a late or missed payment on that car, and most Dealerships didn't want to give me the time of day! Then in 2013 I was injured at work and became 'disabled' and my gal was found with 'Breast Cancer' as well. That is when I checked out Lenz Truck Center. The very next day Brad Lenz one of the owners of Lenz Truck called me to discuss my plan in regard to 'trading in a 1.5 year old car with under 16,500 miles and in 'excellent condition'. I told Brad that we wanted to buy a Truck to pull a 5th Wheel, or Camping Trailer and trade in the 2013 Dart. Brad went right to work, called me back 2 more times that day, asked a few more questions and said... "We will find a way to help you folks out"! Yesterday we left their Lot in a 2011 Ford F-150 Lariat 4X4 with gobs of Super Nice Options, it was just what we needed and wanted to pull our 'future' camper trailer. Brad worked to get us a Way Better Bank Rate, and yes, we lost money on that 'Trade-In', but much less than other Dealerships were trying to 'throw our way', if they tried some to help at all. So we are VERY PLEASED with our purchase at Lenz Truck Center, and we recommend them to anybody who is looking for a "Nice Truck at a Great Price", besides they have a very friendly and courteous staff. They had us in and out as 1st time buyers in under 2 hours! Most Dealers didn't seem to want to help us, as I mentioned above, especially after I mentioned I also had a 'Heart Attack' in 2013. To say 2013 was a 'bad year' for us is an under statement for sure. I think the World of Brad Lenz and the staff at Lenz Truck Center and so does my gal, mainly because they "Deliver on their Promises". More

I inquired about the truck and Brad Lenz replied immediately and answered all my questions. Living on the opposite side of the states I had a fair amount of questions and concerns. Working with Brad was great and the time he spent addressing every issue was top notch. The entire process was straight forward and since it was a great deal upfront we were able to move forward with the purchase without the haggling and games. Brad was extremely accommodating to my lender’s needs, my inspector and the delivery of the vehicle. Having made the purchase sight unseen and from almost 2000 miles away the vehicle was received as stated in the description and per the photos provided. In addition to my purchase the entire process exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Lenz Truck Center to anyone looking for a great product, fair price and incredible service and that is the reasoning for a 5 star rating and why I will recommend them to my family and friends. Contacted Brad regarding vehicle we were interested in. Brought to his attention that the edmunds.com, kbb.com and NADA.com values were significantly lower than listing price. We were assured that they wou Brought to his attention that the edmunds.com, kbb.com and NADA.com values were significantly lower than listing price. We were assured that they would come down in the price. We had a hard time with Brad as he didn't listen well, he kept asking to send in pre approval for credit even though we stated we didn't want numbers sent to the banks until a purchase price and trade in value were determined. He also scheduled an appointment for a time that did not work for us as we live 5 hours from the dealership and he didn't change it despite 3 emails stating alternate available times. Once at the dealership we noted some concerns about the specific vehicle we were looking at, it was missing engine covers, had very rusty brake lines, a non-functioning power telescoping mirror and the underbody was full of rust. Despite outlining all the negatives and citing the research into the market value of the vehicle they were only willing to drop the price $2,700 which was still $3,000 over book value for excellent condition which it was not in. When we discussed the trade in value, the salesperson agreed to a price, put it down on paperwork etc before coming back and stating they would only give us 50% of the agreed price because "they have been burned" on vehicles with higher mileage before. We refused the trade in offer, and in the end they wanted us to agree to a sale price $5,000 over what the bank valued it at for a loan. And at that point we found out they had dispersed our information to numerous lending places (13 inquiries on our credit for that date despite them stating there were only 4). Their attitudes got worse after the initial hi at the door. Worst dealer service I have ever received. I would not go back to them if you paid me to. I was also hounded to call the owner to discuss the situation after we refused to purchase through them and to remove my negative review! Overall bad experience. More

About two weeks ago my boyfriend's truck caught on fire and was a total loss.. we were working with insurance company to get resolved and in the process started looking for a new truck.. On November 1 fire and was a total loss.. we were working with insurance company to get resolved and in the process started looking for a new truck.. On November 1,2013 we found a truck on the Lenz website that we were interesting in.. i emailed and asked to see pictures being there was none on website... within hours i received a email back fromm Brad Lenz which was asking his photo department to rush pictures so we could see it before we drove down from Oshkosh.. Friday night came and we decided to ride down and take a look at the truck.. much to our surprize the truck was everything Jeremy was looking for.. we told Mike Buhler that we wanted to hold the truck and would go to our credit union in the morning.. he was super helpful and made everything as easy as possible... I had worked with Mike about 15 years ago and didnt even know until we got to Lenz that he would be our salesman.. so it was wonderful to deal with a friendly face. On the drive home Jeremy said to me that he really like the truck and there was a noise that he didnt like.. we went to bank the next moring and secure funds.. Headed back to Lenz.. we explained to Mike what are concerns were and he had the service inspect the truck and they descovered a high performanace clutch was making the noise and it was normal... Jeremy was still uneasy... I then emailed Brad and let him know our concerns and he then reassured us that if something went wrong with clutch in first 30 days he would make sure we were happy... that was all Jeremy needed was the reassurance from Brad that he would stand behind the truck... we signed the papers and brought home the truck.. so after two weeks of sharing a car to get back and forth to work I got my car back and Jeremy got the truck that he has always wanted. Our overall expreienced at Lenz was a mazing, from Brad responding to me about the pics right away and Mike being super understanding and helpful... the service manager ( dont recall his name) explaining the clutch issues... We could not have asked for anything better. We will recommend Lenz to everyone.. we are glad to be part of the Lenz family.. THank you for all you did to make our experience extra easy.. you guys rock Jeremy Beck and Cathy Perryman More

My frustration started when we agreed on a trade in value and the cost of the new(used) car. Then I was told the last step was to have mechanics check the car over and I would be out of there in 15 minutes. and the cost of the new(used) car. Then I was told the last step was to have mechanics check the car over and I would be out of there in 15 minutes. They come back with saying the car needs repairs costing $2000 and that they were going to have to give me $2000 less on my trade in. My question is why wasn't this done right when I came in? It would make sense to me to give the car to the guys to look over before agreeing on trade in value and before agreeing on total price. That way you have all of the information you need to determine prices. That type of practice is called getting someone pregnant and is what gives car dealers a bad name. We agree on a price of a car and trade in and I start moving things into the new car and in the mindset of life with this car and then come out with the bad news. Secondly, the price of the car I bought was $34,497. I incorrectly assumed that the $15,473,17 final price was just sales tax and plate transfer. After I came home and looked at the receipt, I saw that there was a $295 service fee, title fee which states that a replacement is $20, but I was charged $95, $25 licence fee and another $25 processing fee. I was never told about these fees. Lastly, before I drove two hours to get there, I called and said that I couldn't locate the title and they said not to worry, we could still do everything without it. Once I got into Nik's office, that was not the case. I had to write Nik a check for $20,500 and he told me it would be cashed if I didn't get him the title within a certain amount of days. I did find the title and he sent my check back, but still very uncomfortable with that. Overall, I did not have a good experience and I won't be back. More
